The gym is located in a peaceful corner of the island and is easily accessible from the airport and Samuis main resort of Chaweng. The island of Koh Samui itself is the second largest island after Phuket. Located east of Suratthani and 300 miles south of Bangkok, the island attracts thousands of tourists every year who come for the picturesque scenery, white sands, and clear blue waters.

Even with the tourism boom the island has managed to retain much of its charm and outside of the resorts you can still experience a piece of the real Thailand; welcoming people, simple life, and amazing food.

There are many things to do here when you are not training, whether you want to relax by the water, get your adrenalin pumping or enjoy the sights, the island has something for everyone. The island is surrounded by beautiful beaches all offering something a little different.

Chaweng is full of life both day and night. During the day you can relax on the beach, try some water sports or have lunch at one of the many beach side bars and restaurants. If you want to go and party then this is the place, with clubs and bars at every turn.

Chaweng is also great for shopping and you are sure to find what you are looking for here, although you may have to haggle for a good price! Cheong Mon is the closest beach to the gym. Compared to Chaweng it is much more quiet and relaxed. The beach here is perfect for relaxing in between training. There is a good selection of restaurants, message, and gift shops.

Lamai is also a popular beach about 20 minutes away. Lamai has white sands and a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops. This is just a small selection of the beaches on the island, and there are many more for you to discover.
