Wrestling Prep Summer Residential and Commuter Training Camps combine technique, live competition, and academic and collegiate preparation. The Summer Training Camps specialize in enabling the wrestlers to understand the complex movement of their bodies and how to apply it to the finite details of technique and then implement it strategically in competition. The end result is an exponentially enhanced athlete who is confident and independent and able to analyze and adjust as needed. Wrestling Prep Summer Residential and Commuter Training Camps accept wrestlers from the age of 5 and up. All skill sets are welcome.

Participants will stay on camps provided by Wrestling Prep. There is a "commuter" option for those living near the camp. If choosing this option, campers will leave the camp on Friday and come back on Sunday to prepare for the following week's training. Commuter option is USD 180 cheaper than the listed price.


The summer wrestling camps take place during a 7-week period. During this time, campers will have daily training sessions, together with lectures on techniques to be applied in competition. Academic and collegiate training will also be included to make sure that campers get a comprehensive approach to the sports. In addition, a camper will participate in an average of 50 to 60 matches during the camp period.

With participants coming from multiple states, campers will also have a sure opportunity to make friends from various backgrounds. Last year, the camp attracts thousands of participants, among them include 1 Super32 finalist, 6 Super32 placers, 1 Champion Walsh Jesuit Ironman, 3 WJI AA's, 3 DOC B champions, 18 DOC B placers, 16 State Champions (FL, AZ, CO, VA, CA, OK), 26 State placers, 3 NHSCA National champions, 11 NHSCA placers, 3 FLO Nationals AA's, 3 Dapper Dan Winners, 2 Team USA members, 1 Team IL MMA, 2 UFC World Title Holders, 1 Bellator World Title, 14 UFC Wins, and 4 Bellator wins.


Granite Bay is part of the Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is a primarily residential suburb of Sacramento located just east of Roseville and west of Folsom Lake. It has a hot-summer Mediterranean climate that is characterized by cool, wet winters and hot, dry summers.

Arrival by airplane
