With you for the whole program is your Workout Away group fitness leader who will be on hand at any time should you need anything at all. Workout Away hope you are also excited to meet some new friends that you will be sharing the whole experience with.
HIIT is a 35-minute high-intensity interval training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat, and tone. This science proven 35-minute work out improves cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility, and challenges your fitness beyond your normal physical limits.
This will be the perfect start to your day. This session focuses on breathing and synchronized flowing movement. From sun salutation to the cobra pose, increase your flexibility, and improve all over body strength. Experience total relaxation in this beautiful sunrise setting.
Made up of several stations, this functional workout is a combination of exercises targeting your upper and lower body. You will improve your speed, stamina, and strength with a fierce cardio kick.
So this is what you can expect from your trip. As you can see, there is plenty to keep you busy, active, and feeling great! All activities are optional and included. You may want to get involved in everything, but Workout Away understands that everyone needs a bit of me-time too.

The best way to discover beautiful Mykonos. You'll head out late afternoon from Agios Ioannis to explore the north-west side of the island. There'll be plenty of time to take pictures of the gorgeous coastline and enjoy the spectacular views.
Chris has been with Workout Away right from the start. With a mixed background, travel has always been a huge passion and part of Chris' life. Chris started his fitness career teaching Les Mills group exercise classes for large gym chains in the UK. Whilst you will still find him teaching HIIT and conditioning classes on the studio floor, he now looks after the Workout Away programming and training across all of gorgeous destinations.
Sian got her big break into the fitness world as a Sports Coach for one of the biggest UK holiday companies. Now back on home soil, Sian’s got her feet firmly on the ground and works as a boot camp coach and personal trainer in London. Sian’s jetting off to Portugal this year and you’ll find her sunning it up and putting our groups through their paces. We think it’s fair to say that this girl’s multi-talented. She might not tell you this but she used to work as a Disney princess and she writes poetry. There’s nothing like a varied CV!

Breakfast each morning is included in the cost of your program. You will also receive lunch on two days of your trip, and dinner on three days of your trip with the rest of the group. The remaining evenings, you are able to take some time to explore and do your own thing. There are many places to dine on the doorstep so you can check out the local cuisine.

During your free time, stroll the famous blue and white streets of the old town and be sure to stop by the iconic windmills for a pic! On an evening, Little Venice comes to life and is the perfect place to kick back after your day of workouts! A complimentary shuttle service will take you into the old town in just fifteen minutes.
The resort's spa area including the sauna and steam room costs 25 EUR for a single entry. Treatments are available at extra cost.
