Tevia Feng from the White Tiger Qigong is honored to have you in this medical Qigong training in Chiang Mai, Thailand. With a gorgeous backdrop of a running river, bamboo forests, and trees as your playground, you are guaranteed to have one of the most profound and unforgettable Qigong experiences of your life. You will learn ancient techniques that you will be able to easily assimilate and gain a deep understanding of.
During this training, you will be staying at Waju Residence. At Waju Residence, they have three Thai-style teak wood air-conditioned bungalows surrounded by lush tropical flowers, birds, and an outstanding view of the rice field, mountains, and river.
Each self-contained bungalow has a balcony, luxury bathroom, fridge, free Wi-Fi, daily room service, telephone connection to Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort. In addition to free drinking water, tea, and tropical fruits, they also offer laundry service and bicycle rental, free dawn duvet, and special sleeping pillows on request.

You will dive into the meridians, organs, their connections with emotions, energy, and its applications to Qigong. This course includes a powerful Chinese Medicine module combining classical and traditional Chinese medicine with Qigong for healing and peak energy.
Tiger is related with the metal element. It squeezes out the lungs are related with the emotion of grief. Tiger transforms grief into courage and happiness. It has strong downward movements of the metal element. It strengthens and stretches the shoulders, grip strength, legs, bones, and posture.
Monkey is related to the element of wood in the 5 Elements which is related to anger. Monkey transforms anger through playful movements into forgiveness and joy. It also stretches and strengthens the neck, shoulders, and back, as well as healing for the eyes.
The Bear movements are solid and rooted into the earth as this is related to the Earth Element and the spleen. Bear strengthens digestion and elimination. Bear strengthens and stretches the legs with deep stances, grip, and finger strength and strong bending lateral movements. Bear helps release worry and anxiety bringing the feeling of support of nurturing.
Deer's movements are flowing like water as this is related to the water element. Some are deep and low while others are high, but all are graceful. Deer strengthens the kidneys which helps improve libido, courage, and willpower. It also helps relieve lower back pain.
Crane movements are expansive and rising like the element of fire. It opens up the chest and pumps the heart. It helps to calm you, bringing you feelings of peace and tranquility. It relieves tight shoulders and chest as well as strengthens the legs and back.
In this Medical Qigong teacher training, White Tiger Qigong offer different Modules (A, B, C), each lasting between one and three weeks depending on your objective, time, and commitment to studying. In this 5 Animal Qigong (Module A), you will be studying 10 different forms of medical Qigong. There are 5 Animals, and you will be learning forms 1 and 2. In total, there are four forms for each of the 5 Animals.
You are encouraged to complete all three weeks of this module. The modules follow the Body-Breath-Spirit principle. This means you will learn the sequence of the forms in week 1, adding Qi and the breath in week 2, and gain proficiency as well as study the theory and practice needed for your teacher certification in week 3.
You will receive a certificate of participation for each week attended. If you want to become a certified White Tiger instructor, you will need to complete all three weeks of one module (200 hours) and take a written test as well as submit your forms for a video analysis after completing the module.
In week 1, you will focus on learning the sequence of the 10 forms in total.
In week 2, you will focus on the Qi and add the breath to your movement. You will go deeper into 4 gate breathing, 5 element theory, meridian theory, and fascia's applications to this Qigong.
In week 3, you will gain proficiency by adding the element of spirit to your practice, going deeper with breathing and meditation techniques. This week includes theory and practical elements required for your teacher certification.
This is the week the teacher training really begins. You will have gained confidence in your practice and have learned the fine details of each form. You will do a video analysis of your forms, as well as practice to teach in small groups.
Tevia is the founder of White Tiger Qigong. He is a certified medical Qigong teacher and is an author on Qigong. He has published feature articles on Qigong in the Qi Journal. He is authorized to teach Qigong of the Tian Ji Dao Sect of China. He has been training Qigong, martial arts, and meditation since he was seven years old and has trained in Taoist temples and directly with over 10 masters.
Meals are not included in the price, however, three wonderful organic, buffet-style meals featuring 5 Element cooking are available at Tao Garden guest rates.
Available on-site is the Pa Kua Clinic offering colonics, massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Karsai massage, and more.
