During this training, you will be staying at Waju Residence, just opposite of Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort where the training will take place at. At Waju Residence, they have three Thai-style teak wood air-conditioned bungalows surrounded by lush tropical flowers, birds, and an outstanding view of the rice field, mountains, and river.
Each self-contained bungalow has a balcony, luxury bathroom, fridge, free Wi-Fi, daily room service, telephone connection to Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort. In addition to free drinking water, tea, and tropical fruits, they also offer laundry service and bicycle rental, free dawn duvet, and special sleeping pillows on request.

Tao Garden houses three wonderful Five Element cooking, organic, buffet style meals featuring Five Element cooking are available at Tao Garden guest rates. Different Qigong exercises work different meridian systems and organ systems within the body. In this course, you will dive deep into Chinese medicine theory, but also how to apply it to Qigong for healing and balance of the body, mind, and spirit.
A complete Medical Qigong System Five Animal Flow is the most ancient dynamic Qigong system created by the famous Chinese medicine practitioner, Hua Tou, 110-207 A.D., Hua Tou is known as the father of Chinese medicine. The five animals are the fierce and untamed tiger, the graceful deer, the steady and lumbering bear, the agile monkey, and the flying crane.

In level I, the practitioner will learn the two ancient forms of Qigong being taught, Qigong theory, as well as the foundation Inner Alchemy practices.
You will go deeper into the forms from level I and refine the movements, go deeper into the philosophy and more as well as be adding to your toolbox of inner alchemy exercises.
You will receive a certificate from an internationally well-respected and well-known school run by Tevia Feng personally. White Tiger Qigong helps promote their teachers’ courses, workshops, and training. You will also have the opportunity to co-lead workshops with Tevia Feng, collaborate on books, courses, and more.
You will get the assistant teacher’s certification at which point you will be required to train another three weeks minimum at home training. After that, if you are ready, you may submit for testing to become a certified teacher of these forms.
If you don't want to become a teacher and just interested in going deeper into Qigong, you can still participate in this course. And if you change your mind later and want to become a teacher, you will get credit for this course towards your training. This program is designed for both the beginner and advanced practitioner. It is a step-by-step program so you go at your own pace.
If you have already done this course before or a similar one, Tevia Feng will be able to give you new and more advanced techniques to add to your existing techniques. Every person learns at a different rate and progresses at a different speed so no one can answer your question if you have what it takes to become a teacher until you begin the course.
Tevia has designed a step-by-step system of Qigong learning so that if you practice dedicatedly and follow the program he has laid out then you have a very high likelihood of being able to pass the certification tests. He has had complete newbies come and pass the test through dedicated practice.
Tevia is the founder of White Tiger Qigong. He is a certified medical Qigong teacher and is an author on Qigong. He has published feature articles on Qigong in the Qi Journal. He is authorized to teach Qigong of the Tian Ji Dao Sect of China. He has been training Qigong, martial arts, and meditation since he was seven years old and has trained in Taoist temples and directly with over 10 masters.
This training will take place at Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort, Luang Nua, Doi Saket, Chiang Mai.
Meals at Tao Garden can be purchased for about 390 THB, around 11+ USD or purchase 30 meal tickets at once and the cost is only 290 THB, roughly 8+ USD per meal. There are a variety of restaurants outside of Tao Garden for as little as 0.70 USD per meal.
