Stay in a cool beach house, in the stunning bay of Pollenca, a world heritage zone famous for its outstanding natural beauty. This fitness and yoga camp is a great way to meet new people do something fun and healthy whilst having a wonderful holiday.This runs from May through to September. The boot camp is inclusive of lots of different activities from sunrise yoga sessions, group fitness training in a national park and on the beach, stand up paddle, cycling, and excursions to places of local interest.
You will be staying for seven nights in a shared beach house, based on quad person dorms. There is also an option for a shared double and deluxe private en-suite accommodation in a local resort.
You will stay in a beautiful villa based on shared dorms. The villa is located right next to the training areas, so rolling out of bed is easy. It is also a haven of relaxation when you are not training, equipped with a rooftop terrace with views of the ocean. Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience, a great way to make friends. Don’t worry about needing your own space also. The villa is sufficiently big with plenty of chillout areas for you to catch some quiet time too.
Due to the nature of the fitness bootcamp, people do not tend to have late-night the villa. You will be exhausted! So you can expect to get a good night's sleep in fan-cooled rooms. In the evening, there is an outdoor cinema on demand at the villa.
If you prefer not to share, Ultimate Fitness has a deluxe option available in a beautiful resort next door to the beach house. This is suitable for solo travelers or couples sharing and is inclusive of access to all of the resort facilities. This includes a pool and spa. Meals are taken at the beach house with the rest of the group.
This trip includes lots of activities, such as beautiful nature treks located in a World Heritage, excursions to local places of interest, and the beautiful Roman town of Pollenca where there is a traditional market to die for. There are also options for boat trips and cycling tours to name a few.
Most the training takes place in the morning, allowing the afternoons to hit the beautiful beaches, although you will also have afternoon training sessions as well. It is a really good mixture of being active and rest and relaxation. So you do feel fitter and better after it, but you have also had an amazing holiday. As with most of the bootcamps, people tend to come on their own such a great way to meet people, investing time in your health and fitness, and soak up the Mediterranean climate.
Training sessions can vary. Sometimes, Ultimate Fitness will take you into the mountains, and at other times, you will be in the national park or super cool beach workout session where you can dip into the Mediterranean after a hard training session. There are also plenty of other activities on offer as well not just a fitness training. The bootcamp is located in the perfect kite spot, so you can learn to kite surf if you’re feeling adventurous!
Fitness bootcamp is not all about working out, however, it’s important to stress the fun social atmosphere you get these types of camps. The majority of people do tend to come alone, which makes them a great place to meet people. Everyone is in the same boat, it’s a super supportive atmosphere and very conducive to reaching your fitness goals, without feeling like it’s a hard work.
At the end of the day, there are plenty of healthy restaurants to enjoy with your fellow bootcampers, not to mention the beautiful beaches to explore in your downtime. You might as well take full advantage, after all, you will now have the perfect beach body!
Don't worry about traveling alone. Most people who attend the camp, are independent travelers and arrive at the camp on their own. If you are concerned about travelling solo, don’t be. There is such a social atmosphere at the camp, and it is a really supportive environment that everyone gets to know each other very quickly. Serious physical exercise in a group can be quite a bonding experience! So it really does not take long for people to get to know one another.
This day, you will arrive in Palma de Mallorca. The transfer to the local town of Alcudia takes approximately one-hour using A32 bus service directly from the airport. A member of the friendly team will be waiting to meet you off the bus and transfer you to the villa on arrival.
You can arrive at any time on Sunday and check in after 2:00 p.m. After checking in, you are free to chill at the villa, hit the beach, or do some stand-up paddle. A group orientation and introduction and getting to know you session will take place at 5:00 p.m. at the Ultimate Fitness villa.
You will have a sunrise yoga session at 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. As with most days, you will start off with an early morning sunrise yoga session to stretch your muscles and ease you into training. Sessions take place on the roof terrace overlooking the ocean, national park, and the Sierra Tramontana mountain range.
You will then have a healthy breakfast consisting of fruit, yogurt, smoothie options, muesli, and eggs. Breakfast is served from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on the roof terrace.
After breakfast, you will have a High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) fitness sessions from 9:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m. You are about to experience cardio conditioning that will completely transform your body. It is a challenge, but your amazing instructor can modify the toughest moves to help you push yourself at any level.
The sessions may take place in the national park, in and around the villa, on the beach or in a number of different training areas. These training sessions will increase your fitness levels very quickly.
You will now go for a stand pp paddle by 10:45 a.m to 11:45 a.m. Depending on the water conditions, you will have a daily stand-up paddle session. The bay of Pollenca has crystal calm flat water in the morning and is the perfect place to do some stand-up paddle due to it being relatively shallow and exceptionally beautiful.
Stand-up paddle is very good for your core strength and stability. Session done right would be better than doing countless crunches and it is a lot more enjoyable!
Buffet style healthy lunch served on the roof terrace or in the garden at 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. You will have a free beach time or kitesurfing after lunch until 4:00 p.m.
Time to some much needed R&R. Hit the beautiful beaches of Port De Pollenca. The nice sandy beaches are close by, only five minutes away, and you will have your own bike to get there.
If you have booked the optional learn to kitesurf course, your training time will happen between 1:30 p.m and 4:00 p.m. This is the optimal time to enjoy the thermal wind which pretty much guarantees your ability to learn to kitesurf right in front of the villa.
You have time to do a jog or bike circuit by 5:00 p.m. You will be provided with a bicycle and a route. Note this is an unguided activity. By 6:00 p.m., you will have a beach training.
Beach training is another High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) Fitness Session. You will do this two times a week. Thrice a week, you will play beach volleyball or other beach training sessions which is a fun effective way of getting the blood pumping, just hope you do not get too competitive!
You will be back to the villa by 7:00 p.m. for showers, prior to heading out with the rest of the group for dinner in the local town.
Runs more or less on the same schedule above. There are, however, some minor changes throughout the week. For example, on Wednesday there is an excursion to the beautiful Roman town of Pollenca where you can visit a local market.
On Friday afternoons, you have the opportunity to do a nature trek, this lasts approximately two hours and 30 minutes taking you through a beautiful valley, down to a secluded beach.
Early risers are able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise SUP session, or perhaps you may prefer a lie in. After a healthy breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, it is excursion day! There is a range of options for excursions depending on the preference of the group. Some of these excursions are free and others incur a local charge.
Sunday is a rest day. If you are checking out, you will have to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m, but you are welcome to chill by the villa if you have a later flight. Say goodbye to your new friends and hello to maintaining a new healthier better you!
The nature trek lasts approximately two and a half hours, taking you through a beautiful valley, down to a secluded beach.
This yoga and surf camp will be in Mallorca, Spain. Mallorca is known to be a very popular holiday destination for its beautiful beaches and stunning landscapes, an exceptionally good place to run this fitness boot camp. The bootcamp is located in the north of the island, sandwiched between a world heritage site, a beautiful picturesque bay (Pollenca), and a national park.
The yoga takes place on a roof terrace surrounded by panoramic views of the mountains, and views of the Mediterranean as the sun comes up. This gives great opportunities to do exceptionally fun and effective workout sessions all outdoors in a beautiful natural environment.
While “the hub” of the boot camp is set at the beach house, locations for activities are spread out through the local area. You will be given a bicycle on check-in, which will be your mode of transport for the majority of the boot camp. The furthest distance you would have to cycle would be 10 minutes and approximately three kilometers to get from the beach house to the local town center of town. The area is well-connected with bike paths and is completely flat, along the ocean promenade. Should you wish to go to the local town by taxi, it will cost six EUR (shared with a maximum of four people).
Daily breakfast and lunch on weekdays are included in the price. Ultimate Fitness has a healthy set menu inclusive of breakfast and lunch served on the roof terrace overlooking the ocean. Please note that you can not cook at the villa since the meals are provided. Dinner is generally eaten out at local restaurants.

Please book your flight to arrive at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). You will need to catch a transfer bus the A 32 Can Picafort – Platja Muro/Alcúdia – Aeroport service to Alcudia, and you will be picked up by Ultimate Fitness at the bus stop and dropped off at the camp.
Return airport transfer can be arranged with the villa management. This costs 80 EUR per person in a car, or Ultimate Fitness will drop you off at Alcudia bus station.
