The Shared Resort

8 dorms, with a mixed set up of 2 to 4 beds and ensuite bathrooms and ensuite training facility and yoga deck surrounded by rice terraces. It is also a haven of relaxation when you are not training. Equipped with a refreshing pool it is the place to hang out with other boot camp guests. It is the social hub of the Boot Camp and is a great place to meet others.

Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience, it’s a great way to make friends. Don’t worry about needing your own space also. Due to the nature of the fitness Boot Camp, people do not tend to have late-night the resort. You will be exhausted! So you can expect to get a good nights sleep in our air-conditioned rooms.

Our brand-new beds boast luxurious American-style mattresses to ensure you get a good nights sleep. You can store your possessions in lockable trunks under the beds.

Program

This bootcamp will include yoga sessions, surf lessons, and rigorous workout sessions. With the constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout. You will never have to program your workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day, a workout will be provided for you that you can scale to suit your fitness level.

Training consists of cross fit classes, body 360 (cardio: excellent for weight loss), yoga (five sessions a for the week), and metacon (metabolic conditioning classes).

The majority of the training program is focused on cross fit. Cross fit uses functional movements to deliver explosive workout sessions. Due to the intensity of these sessions, it can be quite strenuous on your body, so there will be a lot of rest time and more low-intensity activities to help your body recover and rebuild in between sessions.

Typically, the timetable consists of two group cross fit training sessions lasting one hour each per day plus a full six hours of open gym access for you to work on your training plan as devised by your personal trainer.

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, session start the early morning before the tropical heat and humidity builds up at 6:00 a.m. If you have the endurance to push through, you can have the option of doing a double training session on these days completing another one at 7:00 a.m. On Tuesday and Thursday, training starts at 7:00 a.m.

There is a further cross fit session at 5:00 p.m. if you miss the morning session or want to split your training between mornings and afternoons.

Your personal training session happen one time a week during the open gym access. This is your opportunity to discuss with your trainer your own particular goals, set your workouts, and come up with a structured plan for you to work on. If you want to book extra, this is also possible at 30 GBP per session.

Location

The programme will be held in Bali, Indonesia, located in the thriving hotspot of Canggu. This is a major global destination for yoga, healthy cuisine, vegan food, and surfing. Whilst the retreat is not located right by the beach, it is only a short 10-minute car journey away and you can also run excursions to the beach weekly.

Food

There is a healthy nutritious meal plan included. Ultimate Fitness serves breakfast and lunch five days a week. Dinners and weekend meals are taken out in Canggu. There is a wide selection of healthy eating restaurants in the area. Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for. Evening meals and weekend meals are not included because it makes it a more social experience.
