Training Paradise’s villa has a panoramic view of Chalong Bay in South of Phuket and is built on two levels with a total surface of 1,100 square meters. An inspired Asian style, the bohemian tropical decoration of this warm six-bedroom villa will ensure you feel at home.
A distinctive feature regarding this villa is the exceptional size of its common areas. You can choose to join the other guests for a movie night in the living room or to step aside for a moment in the library to read a good book or catch up with friends online.
The villa is also lucky enough to have a private massage room within the villa area, where you will be able to enjoy your weekly massage therapy in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
Settled in the bamboo garden, you will discover the gym which used to be a martial art dojo, this space will host your Training Paradise workouts and will serve as a training ground for various exercise challenges you will meet.

Thai cooking classes
Growing up in the south of France in Marseille, Serge spent his childhood between the sea and the mountains. He developed an interest into sports which brought him to university where he graduated with a master’s degree in Sports Science and Nutrition. He specialized in weight loss and body transformation. In 2013, Serge decided to start a new life in Phuket and worked in a renowned weight loss center as a wellness manager where he created and developed weight-loss and fitness programs.
Harry was raised by two Ironman triathletes who nurtured his passion for weight training at a young age. He began his career in the fitness industry working at a university sports center campus. From there, he moved onto become the fitness manager at a health club and spa in Falmouth, Cornwall, U.K. A love for tropical islands and exercise in the sun brought him to Phuket in 2015 where he worked as head trainer at a fitness camp delivering a wide range of group classes, designed and taught sessions on a one-to-one basis and supported and advised on nutritional planning.
Phuket is Thailand's dazzling largest island, with gorgeous beaches, Big Buddha temple, and plenty of outdoor activities suited for everyone.
Training Paradise's villa is in a beautiful beach town called Rawai. Rawai is a beach town, which is a 10-minute drive to the most famous beach in Phuket, Nai Harn. It is a safe and tranquil neighborhood.
During this retreat, you will be served three meals per day based on a tailored nutritional plan - the portion will be controlled and based on your weight goals.
Training Paradise's retreat is founded and led by an expert nutritionist, so you will be in the right hands, learning about nutrient and food, on a daily basis, in a fun and easy way.
