Training Paradise’s villa has a panoramic view of Chalong Bay in South of Phuket and is built on two levels with a total surface of 1,100 square meters. An inspired Asian style, the bohemian tropical decoration of this warm six-bedroom villa will ensure you feel at home.

A distinctive feature regarding this villa is the exceptional size of its common areas. You can choose to join the other guests for a movie night in the living room or to step aside for a moment in the library to read a good book or catch up with friends online.

The villa is also lucky enough to have a private massage room within the villa area, where you will be able to enjoy your weekly massage therapy in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.

Settled in the bamboo garden, you will discover the gym which used to be a martial art dojo, this space will host your Training Paradise workouts and will serve as a training ground for various exercise challenges you will meet.

In the evening, the soft lighting set in the large terrace and pool create a relaxed atmosphere where you can reflect on your day, savor the feeling of accomplishment, and assemble your plan for the following day in paradise.f

1. Goal setting and daily support

The first step of this Weightloss Training Program is to sit together and discuss realistic goals to reach your objectives. And because a customized diet coupled with a supportive environment is the key for a long term successful body transformation, this very exclusive program will support you to create new healthy lifestyle habits.

2. Calorie and Macros control

The menus are designed to be balanced between protein, carbs, and fat, and in order to maintain weight or lose weight, you need to adopt some sort of calorie control. At Training Paradise, you have all the details of Macro and Calorie for each meal, so you will go back home understanding how to control your portions and eat balanced meals.

3. A smart training plan

The goal at Training Paradise is to guide you the right way and to educate you with regards to the training plan they designed for you so that you are well equipped and a lot more knowledgeable when your coaches won’t be around you anymore. They are here to help you focused on what really matters: your personal fitness goals.

4. Detailed Results

What does your weight really represent? Thanks to the body composition analysis assessments, Training Paradise will help you understand what your body is made of, differentiating between body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, and hydration, to give you a snapshot of your health. Each body composition assessment will be an opportunity for their qualified nutritionist to readjust your diet and exercise accordingly.

Training Paradise's villa is in a beautiful beach town called Rawai. Rawai is a beach town, which is a 10-minute drive to the most famous beach in Phuket, Nai Harn. It is a safe and tranquil neighborhood.

During this holiday, you will be served three delicious meals per day and unlimited snacks, water, and juices. There will be a tasty and varied balanced à la carte menu to provide the necessary nutrients and sustain hard workouts.

Following a diet plan does not mean you have to eat tasteless, colorless bland food. It is also not a default setting for eating less! You can eat healthily, treat yourselves, never feel hungry or unsatisfied, and still enjoy great results.

A diet without pleasure is a diet that has a limited shelf life and so Training Paradise have teamed up with a chef that excels in cooking both Thai and Western cuisine. Their food is as vibrant and as colorful as the island in which it is produced. Bursting with flavor and cultural ties, each dish will be a pleasure to consume. Training Paradise constantly review their food suppliers to ensure they only receive fresh food perfectly safe for everyone to enjoy.

Rawai and the surrounding towns contain some magnificent sights, landscapes, and attractions for you. Training Paradise has regular trips scheduled throughout the week to all of the best bits but if you ever fancied a stroll into town for an evening for a drink then they can recommend a number or bars, restaurants, and beach hideouts for you to visit.

Spa treatments

Included in this program is one massage treatment for every 7 days booked. You can add on extra massage hours if you would like more during your stay.
