Pretty much everything was great, starting with the brand new gym, the personal attention from both the instructor and the other fighters, all of which would were showing me techniques and were quick to jump in to correct my form.
It was truly and awesome experience.
Each training starts with a warm up, quick run and jump rope. Then you would go for some shadow boxing and bag work, the instructor correcting your form and showing proper technique. Then you hit the pads. Quick break and some light sparring, usually followed by a couple of rounds of clinching.
