During this program, you will be staying at Titan Fitness Camp. The standard accommodation room offers everything you need for a long stay in Phuket. It features air-conditioning, double size bed, LCD TV with cable, secure built-in keypad safe, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet, desk/vanity table, large refrigerator, private bathroom with hot water shower, private porch or outside seating area (depending on availability), wardrobe, cleaning three days a week, hot shower, and swimming pool access.

Program

Titan Fitness Camp Package aims at transforming your body. The program includes unlimited training, two Muay Thai sessions per week, nutrition seminar and meal plan guidance, scheduled training program, mindset and motivational coaching, unlimited training, fitness classes, confidence-boosting, yoga sessions, two boxing classes, access to the three-story air-conditioned gym with hammer strength, beach training, and standard accommodation.

About Titan Fitness Camp

Titan Fitness Camp was founded in 2013 and is located in the center of Phuket Island in a very unique area where Fitness and Martial Arts are practiced regularly. The owners of Titan Fitness Camp, Kim Lindholm, and Puttachart Sakulpuwatana, came together after they recognized a need for premium quality fitness training. From this vision and idea, Titan Fitness was born. Currently, Titan Gym and Fitness Camp is one of the largest fitness camps in Phuket and is divided into an outdoor training fitness facility, strongman area, and assault course.

Furthermore, Titan has a three-story indoor gym and accommodation. The indoor gym has a gear shop located in the reception. Their vision is to offer customers the highest level of training and make their stay at Titan Fitness Gym and Fitness Camp an experience they will never forget. Most of the costumers who join Titan Fitness have come to transform their bodies, kick back habits, and take a break from their stressful lives.

Fitness training is the best way to unwind and rejuvenate. Stepping out of your immediate environment and placing yourself among people who are out to achieve the same goals is the first step. Titan encourages clients to train hard, eat healthily, and rest because these are there main keys to succeed in transforming the body. Sounds easy but the reality is the opposite. To guide, teach, support, and help you reach your goals, Titan has the best coaches on-board. Rest and recovery are important and relaxing by the swimming pool between classes are really nice.

Included excursions

  • Big Buddha Walk/Run every Thursday 6 a.m. (with transport back and forth from camp)
  • Beach training every Saturday 8:30 a.m. (with transport back and forth from camp)

Location

The largest island in Thailand, Phuket is a beautiful destination for sightseeing and adventuring. The island itself is rife with diverse landscapes, from its famous sandy beaches to forested hills, mountains, limestone cliffs, low plains, lagoons, and lush tropical vegetation.

Titan Fitness Camp is situated in Chalong in a very unique area where fitness and martial arts are practiced regularly. The fitness camp is divided into an outdoor training fitness facility that is surrounded by rubber trees, palms, and banana plants. Onsite, you will also find a strongman area, obstacle course, and HealthsKitchen. Furthermore, Titan has a three-story indoor gym with a gear shop plus onsite accommodation.

Titan Fitness Camp location makes it perfect for daily excursions between the sessions or for weekend activities. It’s only 15-20 minutes’ drive to the most beautiful beaches on the island, Naiharn beach and Kata Beach. Soi Parlai Pier and Chalong Pier are only 5 minutes’ drive from the fitness camp, just grab a longtail boat by yourself or with your fellow Titans from the piers on your day off and head to Coral Island and Bon Island for some snorkeling and diving. Why not take a taxi to Phuket town (15 minutes’ drive) and visit one of several weekend markets or explore the old town, the temples, and museums.
