The standard accommodation room offers everything you need for a long stay in Phuket. It features air-conditioning, double size bed, LCD TV with cable, secure built-in keypad safe, high speed fibre optic Wifi internet, desk/vanity table, large refrigerator, private bathroom with hot water shower, private porch or outside seating area (depending on availability), wardrobe, cleaning 3 days a week, hot shower, and swimming pool access.

Itinerary

Titan Transformation Program aims at transforming your body and mind totally. The program includes 5 private training sessions per week, nutrition consultation and meal plan creation (no food Included), scheduled training program, mindset and motivational coaching, unlimited training, fitness classes, confidence boosting, yoga sessions from Monday to Friday morning 7:30a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at Phuket Hot Yoga, access to the 3-story air conditioned gym with hammer strength, beach training, and standard accommodation.

Titan Fitness

Titan Fitness was founded in 2013 and is located in the center of Phuket Island in a very unique area where Fitness and Martial Arts is practiced regularly. The owners of Titan Fitness, Kim Lindholm, Karim Carlman and Puttachart Sakulpuwatana, came together after they recognized a need for premium quality fitness training. From this vision and idea, Titan Fitness was born.

Currently Titan Gym and Fitness Camp is one of the largest fitness camps in Phuket and is divided into an outdoor training fitness facility, strongman area, and assault course. Furthermore, Titan has a three-story indoor gym with the Ananda Yoga Studio and accommodation. The indoor gym has a protein bar and gear shop located in the reception.

Their vision is to offer customers the highest level of training and make their stay at Titan Fitness Gym and Fitness Camp an experience they will never forget. Most of the costumers who join Titan Fitness have come to transform their bodies, kick back habits, and take a break from their stressful lives. Fitness training is the best way to unwind and rejuvenate.

Stepping out of your immediate environment and placing yourself among people who are out to achieve the same goals is the first step. Titan encourages clients to train hard, eat healthy, and rest because these are 3 main keys to succeed in transforming the body. Sounds easy but the reality is the opposite. To guide, teach and help you reach your goals, Titan has the best coaches on-board. They will tell you what to eat, how and when to train and rest. Rest and recovery is important and relaxing by the swimming pool between classes is really nice.

Phuket

The largest island in Thailand, Phuket is a beautiful destination for sightseeing and adventuring. The island itself is rife with diverse landscapes, from its famous sandy beaches to forested hills, mountains, limestone cliffs, low plains, lagoons, and lush tropical vegetation.

Patong Beach is the most popular and developed beach in Phuket. With its white sands and beautiful waters, this beach attracts families, couples, and single travelers looking for a lively vacation in a hopping tourist spot. Jet skis, motor boats, vendors, sunbathers, and tourists engaged in all kinds of water sports make this beach anything but tranquil. For a more relaxing visit, you might enjoy the much quieter Kalim Bay to the north of Patong.

The beaches of the south coast of Phuket are very popular with tourists, with their fine white sand beaches and lush vegetation that stretches up from the coast to the nearby mountains. Between Relax Bay in the west and Cape Panwa in the east, this coast includes some of the most idyllic stretches of beach in the world.

The beaches of the north coast are by far more tranquil than those of the south. Visitors with a desire for a tranquil tropical vacation will enjoy the unspoiled beaches and rugged beauty of this region. Majestic casuarinas form natural parasols that provide a reprive from the heat of the sun.

Surin, Bangtao, and Layan beach, in the north west, are all lovely beaches. They are much less developed, more spacious, relaxed and romantic, better for couples and young families.

With instruction and equipment available at many of the major beaches, activities such as diving and snorkeling are vastly popular in Phuket. Even if you have never gone scuba diving, this is a beautiful place to learn. Sailing, wind surfing, and sea canoeing are also exciting and popular choices. Swimming is also very popular, but not recommended during monsoon season. Make sure to observe the warnings on the beaches. If the red flag is flying, don’t go in! Even with such observations to keep in mind, there is no shortage of seaside activities for the adventurous traveler in Phuket.

    "I spent 8 weeks in Phuket, training mainly at Titan. It's a great facility with plenty options for all fitness levels and I got some good results. I came to practice western boxing so opted for PT boxing sessions with Antony. In addition to weight training and attending cardio classes such as body 360 and cross training. The boxercise is very good also. It's not your usual frilly boxercise class that you get back home"

    "I think Titan needs to improve its fighting facilities to keep up with surrounding competition. I stupidly booked through Xtreme gap year (which charge far too much for their cut and it's no different to booking direct) so I was surprised to be sent to Titan when Tiger have more fighting facilities. A lot of people who visit Phuket come for fighting/boxing. So some bags and even boxing classes every day would improve things at Titan."

    "It would be nice if the air con was on all the time in the gym. I don't think you should have to ask for this considering the climate. Also the main class area needs mopping or steam cleaning daily and those dirty mats throwing away. I've ruined some nice gym gear simply by lying on the floor for exercises. I also think Xtreme gap or Titan should offer an inclusive personal service on your induction day. Take your body fat and measurements (not just weight - because kg means nothing)."

Some people were clueless on diet and didn't seem to be given the correct advice, which effects their results. All in all, I had a great time and would recommend and possibly return if the fighting facilities had developed further."

    "Can't beat Titan Fitness as they have 6 campuses to train on and are affiliated with 3 quality restaurants on the Soi. Train hard in the 3-story gym and start your day off right in the yoga studio with Yoga by Grace at 7 a.m. or do one of the many fitness classes at the largest outdoor fitness camp on the famed Soi Tha Ied road. If that's not enough you can do Military Assault course training, then check out the gym partner network with Choke Chai Muay Thai, Hot Yoga, and Wrestling at Phuket Top Team. Titan is close to opening their own restaurant but highly recommend The Shack, Homemade, and Cocoville for excellent meal choices. Truly a great place to train, meet new friends, have choices to eat and overall multiple venues for your training goals. Come see why Titan is the place to be."
