How the training works

There will be 5 or 10 private live sessions according to your choice, started with a virtual meeting to define and develop a set of personalized classes for you. The exercises follow one another in phases of imitation in silence, explanations by word of mouth, and personalized corrections.

Training information

Lucas adapts his courses to each student, according to his or her own objectives, needs, personality, and ability. To do so, before starting, he will meet you (virtually) to define an individual plan adapted to your research, your lifestyle, and your physical condition.

It is a global approach to these training courses that Lucas proposes to his students. The combined methodology that he teaches is unique; he has developed it from his personal background of more than 20 years of training in different disciplines: Yi Quan, Qi Qong, Zhang Zhuang, yoga, and functional trainings. He integrates traditional martial arts techniques associated with methods of mental balance, meditation, and breathing.

The expansion and contraction of the limbic and nervous systems will allow you to reach sensations of both serenity and challenge. Calm and listening to you, he will work and move forward together to teach you how to anchor yourself in the ground through "Zhan Zhuang", the quintessence of Buddhist and Taoist meditations, "Shi Li", work in slowness around guided meditations and mental images, and finally a work of multidirectional movement in space.
