"My fourth visit now and although only a short one, I loved every minute. There's no doubt the gym equipment needs a serious overall and update. Most of it has been there since my first visit, 8 years ago, but the trainers, particularly Keh, Eid and Joey are supportive and welcoming and it doesn't matter whether you are there to train to fight, for general fitness or just to try it out, the trainers provide you with their knowledge and skill. Its fun and I'll continue to go there until I physically can't any more."

"I went to Thailand for two months with a set goal to lose weight, get fit with muay thai fitness and achieved it. I am a woman in my 50's but never felt intimidated or left out in what could have been considered a "man's domain". Everyone (staff, trainers, and patrons) were helpful and friendly and altho the routine could get a little tedious, I did attend morning and afternoon sessions everyday, so i guess that could be expected. The gym is clean, the trainers friendly and supportive. I hope to do it again!"

"Great place with amazing new and clean facilities, the trainers each and every one of them speaks a very good level of English some even more than others, over 20 punching bags and tear drop bags, leg kick wall pads, four nice big rings as well as tires outside. There is a shop which sells all equipment and merchandise at fair prices and also sells drinks and snacks with friendly staff. Training wise the level of teaching is very technical however it is more of your own pace type, you are not supervised apart from paid work which can be good or bad depending on your needs, the pad work is four to five solid rounds of good technical training. The class can get extremely crowded at times 40 people but there are always enough trainers to cope with it. "
