For online personal training sessions, you don’t need any equipment, but please let Steve Coster Fitness know if you have any of the following items as Steve can build these into your training schedule:

  • Kettlebell
  • Yoga ball

  • Medicine ball
  • Boxing gloves or pads
  • Skipping rope

The training is for everyone, whether you’re someone who is just starting their fitness journey or a seasoned gym member, having a personal trainer can help you meet your fitness goals faster, safer, and more effectively.

Timing of sessions (GMT+1)

The sessions can be booked from Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (GMT+1). The participant can arrange the timing of private sessions with Steve prior to or after booking. It is also possible to adjust these times to suit your schedule upon request.

Personal training is a tailor-made fitness program designed to suit each and every person to their exact requirements. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or learn how to defend you and your family from the most violent or extreme situations, Steve Coster can help you achieve that.

All of Steve's training is martial arts-based, therefore, when it comes to personal training, you can decide what form you want to take. Krav Maga self-defense lessons are very intensive and aim to give the pupil a large amount of knowledge and skill in a fairly short period of time. Covering a wide selection of attacks and violent scenarios to give the client self-confidence and a very realistic opportunity to defend themselves should they ever be caught in such circumstances.

It's a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that offers a huge increase in physical fitness as an obvious result. A huge emphasis is put on learning to see a situation before it escalates, therefore, allowing the person to get themselves out of harm's way before it starts.

Personal training can be done purely on a fitness basis, using martial arts exercises and training but without the fighting side. This can take the form of bodyweight exercise, pad work (boxing and kickboxing), kettlebells, and TRX. Quite often, personal training is not only about achieving physical change such as weight loss, but there are also huge proven benefits to mental well being. Physical exercise also helps alleviate conditions such as depression and lethargy as well as a sense of calm brought about through martial arts-based fitness training.
