Accommodation

During this training camp, you will be staying at Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai camp. There are eight twin share rooms with single beds that can be converted to double bedrooms for shared or single occupancy.

All of the rooms are attractively furnished with all the modern amenities that you would find in an international standard hotel. There are also air conditioning, hot water, cable television, refrigerator, writing desk, and free wireless internet.

The facility includes two full size championship boxing rings, over 180 meter square of training space, modern training equipment, weight training area, games room, dining room, and modern and comfortable rooms.

The camp training schedule at Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp is from Mondays to Saturdays with Sundays as the break or rest from the strenuous training sessions.

Before each student start their training at Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp, they need to be assessed with their skill level to help make their training more efficient. The students are categorized into three levels, which are beginner, intermediate level, advance or amateur fighter, and professional fighter.

After determining the students’ skill level, his or her training program will then be set and then they can now start with their planned training. The morning training sessions starts at the camp at 07:00 after everyone has returned from their daily morning run. The length and duration of the morning run depends on the students’ fitness level and their goals.

The morning training of Sitsongpeenong Gym usually lasts for one to one hour and thirty minutes. Meanwhile, the afternoon sessions are split into two sessions. Foreign guests start their training at 14:00 while Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai camps Thai boxers and professional foreign boxers start their training at 15:00.

The afternoon training usually, last for two to two hours and thirty minutes. Muay Thai training styles usually start with morning session run for 15 kilometers. You will then do some stretching and conditioning Muay Thai sparring Strength and conditioning pad work, bag work, and focus pad hand weight clinching boxing sparring.

You will then start your afternoon session with skip rope, strength and conditioning, pad work, bag work, and focus pad hand weight clinching.

When first arriving for the first five days, it is recommended that you only partake in one training session as our practice is extremely intense and geared for those serious in Muay Thai study. This also obviously depends on your arriving level of fitness and duration of stay.

Monday

Morning

You will start your morning at 05:30 and go for a 15-kilometer run. This usually lasts for one hour to one hour and thirty minutes. You will then do some pad works, bag work, and focus pads for four to six rounds for a four-minute per round.

Afterwards, you will then do some hand weights for two rounds for a four-minute per round followed by clinching for 20 minutes. At the end of the morning session, you will do some strength and conditioning.

Evening

The evening session will start at 15:00. You will start by skipping rope for 20 minutes. Afterwards, you will do a boxing sparring, pad work, and bag work for four to six rounds for four minutes per round.

You will continue the session by doing focus pads and hand weights for two rounds for four minutes per round followed by clinching for 20 minutes. You will end the training session with weight training session for one hour.

Tuesday

Morning

You will start your morning at 06:00 and do a sprint training for one hour. Afterwards, you will do a Muay Thai sparring for four to six rounds for four minutes per round. You will continue the session by doing pad work, bag work, and focus pads for four to six rounds.

After that, you will do some hand weights for two rounds for four minutes and clinching for 20 minutes. Last but not least, you will do some strength and conditioning.

Evening

The evening session will start at 15:00. You will start by skipping rope for 20 minutes. Afterwards, you will do pad work and bag work for four to six rounds for four minutes per round.

You will then continue your session with focus pads and hand weights for two rounds for four minutes per round followed by clinching for 40 minutes. Last but not least, you will do some strength and conditioning.

Wednesday

Ta has 10 years fight experience and a veteran of more than 150 fights with 80 wins and 70 loses 16 years experience as a Muay Thai trainer. He is also the Trainer of champions such as Bovy Sor. Sankom Fairtex
Sankom has 20 years experience as a Muay Thai trainer. He is trainer of champions: Sangmorakot Ynightspeed Isuzu Champion 135 lbs and Chayyai Sitthepitak Lumpinee Champion 118 lbs.
Jakkit Kitsamak
Jakkit is a veteran of more than 250 fights with 180 wins, 65 loses, and 50 draws 17 years experience as a Muay Thai trainer. He is the trainer of champions Yodsaenklai Fairtex Keaw Fairtex (WMC Champion, Thailand Lumppinee Champion) and Naruapon Fairtex (Thailand Lumpinee Champion)
Tuantong Payakpailin
Tuantong has anxperience of 9 years fight. He is also a veteran of more than 90 fights and a four-year experience as a Muay Thai trainer. He is the trainer of Muay Thai Champions Ongbak Watcharapong 102 lbs. Channel 7.

This training camp will take place in Bangkok, Thailand. Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp is a 20-minute drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. It is also 30-minute away from downtown Bangkok, which is known to have many major shopping and entertainment centers.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). Transfer from these airports is available upon request.

Transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) costs 500 THB for one person. If there are two of you, the cost is 300 THB per person. If you are traveling in a group of three or more people, the transfer will cost 200 THB per person.

Alternatively, transfer from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) costs 700 THB for one person. If there are two of you, the cost is 400 THB per person. If you are traveling in a group of three or more people, the transfer will cost 300 THB per person.
