Shi Yanchen Wushu school is the official training base for schools from other countries and they host hundreds of students from all over the world every year. For those of you who will face Kung Fu training for the first time and for those who have low physical training, all you need is to come here and trust.

Your masters will try to work individually, with you. There are no contraindications for practicing Shaolin kung fu because it has no limits.

If you are in good physical shape, then for you the learning process will pass somewhat faster (studying forms, preparing for competitions). But this is only if you want to follow it this way.
