The club provides many fitness classes and martial arts sessions for their members to join, and access to all its facilities, including the swimming pool, basketball court, sauna, yoga studio, weight room, huge cross training facility, etc. During the month you stay in Ho Chi Minh city, you have the access to the clubs facilities, regardless of whether or not you are taking a class on certain days. They will also recommend nearby hotels for your accommodation. Saigon Sports Club wants you to achieve the best results, and whether you want to be lean or bulk up, come and give this club a try.

The training takes place in Saigon Sports Club's gym while accommodation is arranged externally. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, but Saigon Sports Club will recommend nearby hotels and help you find a place to stay for the period of time you are there. Some of the options includes Thien Ha Hotel and Apartments and Liberty Saigon South.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

The worlds fastest growing sports which combines the disciplines of several Martial Arts: Boxing Wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai to name a few. Popularized by the Ultimate Fighting Championship and more recently by ONE FC in Asia it has changed the world of Martial Arts and how it is viewed.

Muay Thai

The national sport of Thailand has saw a rise in popularity in the last twenty years worldwide. Muay Thai is both effective for fighting off an attacker or fighting back those extra pounds. The classes for Muay Thai is held Monday through Sunday.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller weaker person can successfully defend himself against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique. BJJ is one of the most effective Martial Arts the world has to offer and a real-life fighting systems on the planet. It is a ground-fighting martial art based on the simple premise that 95% of street fights end up on the ground. BJJ is a grappling-based martial art, utilizing controlling positions, joint locks, and chokes.

Saigon Sports Club

Saigon Sports Club is the first gym in South East Asia to achieve a BJJ license from Gracie Barra, which is one of the top four BJJ Schools worldwide. Therefore, clients will be trained by certified instructors from Gracie Barra. The program will be custom-made based on the Gracie Barra program. Moreover, members who follow this system will be able to progress further in the belt system in Vietnam at Saigon Sports Club.


Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)

Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnams busiest city. It has everything that you need as a tourist. There will be plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets, temples, museums, and many more places to visit.
