You will be staying in your own private room with our partner hotel, KOA D’Surfer Hotel located at Berawa Beach. They are very experienced in serving our fitness holiday guests.


The beauty of our package is freedom in your schedule. We do not have the same strict regiment like many fitness retreats. But we provide all the necessities to ensure you train well, eat well, and have a fun and rewarding experience at S2S. Our team is on hand for you to ask anything and everything to do with Bali. On the day you arrive, we will pick you up from the airport. Then our trainer will email you to setup a briefing and welcoming session once you settle in your private room.

This is the time we will ask and discuss your fitness goals, holiday goals, any injuries or limitations, and other travel or fitness related things you would like us to take care of. We will also connect you with the other guests on a Whatsapp group so when one wants to do an outing, you all can do it together which makes it more fun.

We have partnered with a travel coordinator for the past 5 years so we can pretty much organize all tour activities, surf lessons, or water sports. You just name it, and we can help coordinate. Pinterest and Google is a great place to scour the beauty Bali has to offer then you can send us the link on what you want to do outside of your fitness schedule. While the basic package just comes with the daily buffet breakfast.

For the fitness side of things, you will be doing a mix of:

Cardio classes

However, during your welcoming session, talk to us about your goals. We may recommend personal training, nutrition consulting, or a different schedule depending on what your goals are. To recover, we provide daily yoga classes which you will be doing at Desa Seni Yoga Studio. Desa Seni Studio has an average of 5 yoga classes running daily which is a mix of:

  • Ashtanga
  • Master yoga
  • Meditation
  • Mindful yoga
  • Vinyasa
  • Yin Restorative


The hotel is only minutes away from S2S and the beach (walking distance). It's also walking distance to the convenience store, Finn’s Beach Club (must place to visit), and great healthy cafes. Most of our guests absolutely love the location of KOA and S2S. We hope you will too.


You will get daily buffet breakfast at your accommodation where there will be a variety of healthy and fresh food to pick from. To add lunch or dinner, you can request for specific dietary needs when you arrive in Bali.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
