The resort features 57 luxurious guestrooms and suites, all designed in a contemporary Thai style complete with large balconies, while decor and furnishings are both natural and luxurious, making extensive use of hardwoods, silks, and other indigenous materials.

Kung Fu is not just fighting and fancy moves, while yoga is not simply a static pose and chanting. They are beauty, grace, determination, relaxation, strength, spirituality, presence, and confidence. They are a balance of the sun and moon, earth and sky, breathing in and breathing out, conscious and subconscious, soft and hard.

Each session brings you an insight; the choreographic and coordination aspects of martial and non-martial ancient Chinese movements sharpen your concentration, increase your thinking ability through flow, and cultivate the original strength you have inside of you. Yoga practice renews the body by enhancing blood flow and life force energy, by altering physicality ripples into mental and emotional components. The union of yoga and Kung Fu techniques is your opportunity to truly go big with your potential as a co-creator of your reality.

Your experience

During your retreat experience you will be provided with a luxurious, idyllic retreat environment, highly skilled teachers, and many teachings that will ensure you will depart equipped with skill, knowledge, and direction for your personal self development practice. Your time and schedule

This luxury retreat offers up to six hours of movement programme. That means you will have a fun and physically and mentally engaging week that supports, awakens, and cultivates your skills to make you enjoy the retreat that you deserve. There will be also be plenty of time to enjoy the award winning resort's leisure and spa options, jump into the ocean, relax at the pool, explore the area, or enjoy sunset drinks.

Daily schedule

  • Morning Qi Gong or meditation session
  • Morning yoga class
  • White Crane Tai Chi session (Shuang Yang - Sun Frost White Crane - Soft and Gentle Art)
  • Afternoon movement session (yoga, Pilates, or body-weight conditioning)
  • Sunset Kung Fu session (kicking, punching, pushing hands, forms, or self-defence)

Sessions take place on the yoga pool deck, the beach, or the lush garden areas.
