Natalie has been a student of Yoga since 1994 and a teacher since 2008. Her first exposure to yoga was through a PBS yoga class with Lillias Folan. The instructions of "feeling the breath" and noticing the space in and around the body deeply resonated with her and she instantly fell in love. Fast Forward to her first job out of college, she began taking weekly classes with David Vendetti in Boston. Soon enough she landed in her Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training, got certified, and founded "Yoga at the Lily Pad" in 2008.
