Why not try one of these

Wrestling Camp in USA

This is a technique intensive wrestling camp that has drawn kids from over 25 different states in each year it’s been held. This camp covers the core of the Foundation Wrestling's instructional series, including leg riding over the course of 14 action packed days. The camp draws many of the top High School and Middle School wrestlers from around the map and their mats are packed with nationally ranked wrestlers and too many state medalists and champions to count. This is the premiere camp in the US and the camp of choice for the nation’s best wrestlers, most of which have already been turned off by the meat-market college camps and ineffective dual meet camps that many of their coaches try to get them to attend. If your son is serious about his wrestling, but finds himself to be spinning his wheels, then this camp is for him. He will have his PhD in wrestling once Purler is done with him.

Camp features

Small group - approximately 45 kids per camp/2 camp groups per week

Drill intensive - The Purler camps are known for being highly repetitive and drill intensive. This is how you will learn. Thousands of reps will be hit and the Foundation Wrestling skills (PWA System) will be burned into your muscles.

Trained instructors - Sessions will be run by Nick Purler, as well as a couple of our trained coaches. There are no hired guest clinicians or random college kids.

Time - Purler Wrestling will spend a full 14 days with your son and you will not recognize him after they are done with him.

Organized sessions - Unlike many camps, Purler's camps follow a system, not ‘random moves followed by recreational drill time’. They follow a plan and that plan is Foundation Wrestling. Their instructional Foundation Wrestling™ DVDs have been rated by Suplay Wrestler’s World, the World’s largest wrestling store, as the top DVDs ever produced for the sport of wrestling. Your son will learn the Dream Season Foundation Wrestlin™g System. This is highly involved, thus only older and more advanced athletes will be allowed to attend.

Camp itinerary

There are three training sessions per day: from 9:00 to 11:00, from 13:30 to 15:30, and from 18:30 to 19:45. The first day of the camp, first session will start at 10:00 to make room for registration, which runs from 8:30 to 9:15. The last day of the camp, the second session will end at 15:00 in time for the check-out at 15:30. There will be no evening session on the last day of the camp.

On the final day of camp, the instructors will re-hit and re-teach key areas that the campers had difficulty with and brush up on some final areas. Session II of the last day will be a very physical review/hard drill session. Everything covered will be hit many, many times in order to fully reinforce the week’s worth of training.

There will be three meals per day. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 8:30, lunch 12:00 to 13:00, and dinner 17:00 to 18:00.
