Accommodation

During this training, you will be staying in The Fighter Inn Resort in a private room. The Fighter Inn Resort is very clean and was rebuilt in 2017. It offers an outdoor pool close to the room and an it is very centrally located. The Punch It Gym is only 300 meters away from the resort. Is also easily accessible by foot.

Every customer has a private room with a very good standard for Thailand. The room has a fridge, television, air conditioner, wardrobe, and bathroom. It is also convenient and every room has a small balcony, so you can leave the sports clothes there to dry. The way to the beach is by motorbike and takes about four minutes.

Training information

In each class, there is another top peek, so the classes are not always the same.

The basic construction:

In the morning:

  • 15 minutes warm up
  • 10 minutes of endurance exercises
  • 45 minutes Muay Thai technique from the top peek of the class
  • 15 minutes Thai pad or sparring
  • 5 minutes stretching

In the afternoon:

  • 30 minutes running in the group
  • 10 minutes warm up
  • 45 minutes Muay Thai-technique from the top peek of the class
  • 10 minutes of endurance exercises
  • 20 minutes Thai pad and sparring
  • 5 minutes stretching

Muay Thai advanced class

This class is for everyone who has more than a year’s experience with martial arts (Muay Thai or kickboxing). Discipline and hard work have top priority in this class. Punch it Gym Koh Samui will help you reach your goals or prepare for your next fight. No pain, no glory.

Muay Thai experience class

This class is for all beginners, adults, and children. In this class, you will learn all the basics of Muay Thai and the goal of this class is to prepare you to go to the next level, which is the advanced class.
