One Blue Sports Club works closely with Go Asia Blue. Go Asia Blue have many varieties of accommodation for the budget traveler to the luxury seekers. The rooms are equipped with a fan and air conditioners, and free Wi-Fi.

The Pier

One Blue Sports Club has its own on-site accommodation, right next to the gym. The rooms are equipped with a fan and air conditioners, TV, and free Wi-Fi. New more spacious rooms with private attached bathrooms are being built. The famous night market (walking street) happens every Saturday night and is only a 10-minute walk away.

Enjoy the dorm beds in this beachfront AC house. Each room holds 6 to 10 people and has its own private bathroom with hot water shower, as well as a balcony with an amazing view.


During this training, also learn "the sweet science" from a skilled and experienced coach with 49 experienced fights. Learn how to box like a dancer, finding a rhythm and coordination in your movements. Learn the techniques of coordinating your hand, legs, and eyes at the same time. What sets One Blue Sports Club apart from the rest is their training style focusing on technique instead of just smashing the pads.

This camp includes conditioning and strength training so that you become stronger with each day you spend here. Classes are open to beginner and more experienced levels; no matter where you are at, One Blue Sports Club has a training just for you! The gym has an old school "Rocky" type of training, guaranteeing you get a good sweat and valuable knowledge in each lesson.

Class schedule

Day 1:

All participants will do a simple full body checklist and workout to determine your fitness level. This will allow the trainer to spot your strengths and weak spots. For example:

  • How many numbers of push up in one minute?
  • How many numbers of squats in one minute?
  • 30 seconds shuttle run
  • Record book to fill in all your meals will be given

Class schedule in the morning

  • 15 minutes warm-up
  • Run! Run! Run!

Every morning, you will go for a run. Starting with a steady pace and jogging a minimum of 2.4 kilometers at the start. All participants will be timed on their first run and that will be used as your marker to improve. By the end of the six weeks, all participants will be able to complete five kilometers with good timing. Please note that it is all about progression, not perfection!

Class schedule in the afternoon

  • 15 minutes warm-up
  • 30 to 40 minutes: HIIT / metabolic / CrossFit / strength and conditioning workout (workouts vary everyday)
  • 15 minutes stretching and warm down

Daily schedule for the rest of the training days:

  • 08:00 - 10:00 Muay Thai, Western boxing (all levels)
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Strength and conditioning
  • 11:00 - 16:00 Private lessons
  • 15:00 - 16:00 Technical sparring (open to all - optional) Tuesday / Thursday
  • 16:00 - 18:00 Muay Thai, Western boxing (all levels)

  • 15 minutes warm-up
  • 15 minutes shadow boxing (advanced), 15 minutes of basic (beginners)
  • 30 minutes boxing technique (footwork / reaction drills / combos / head movement drills)
  • 30 minutes bag work
  • 20 minutes endurance training
  • 10 minutes stretching

Class schedule in the afternoon

  • 30 minutes running in the group
  • 15 minutes warm-up (stretching / skipping)
  • 45 minutes boxing specific technique (beginner and advanced) - creating angles and counters
  • 10 minutes pad and partner drills
  • 15 minutes of strength and conditioning exercises
  • 5 minutes stretching

One Blue Sports Club

One Blue Sports Club was created to be a dynamic fitness gym and martial arts club in Koh Phangan. They offer group classes (Muay Thai, boxing, High-Intensity Interval Training, CrossFit, strength and conditioning), personal training, fitness bootcamp, and corporate fitness solutions. They cater to people from all walks of life regardless of age.

From absolute beginners to advance level, from the healthy lifestyle to the fitness monsters, they have something for all. You do not have to be a fighter to train like one.

Included excursions

Week 1: Koh Ma

Koh Ma is a tiny island northwest of Koh Phangan which connected to Phangan island by a sandbank at low tide. The island and this sandy path are emblematic images of Koh Phangan. On one side, you have Mae Haad beach and on the right, Koh Ma, more wild, more preserved. Surrounded by reefs, Koh Ma is also a good site for snorkeling.

Week 2: Khao Ra

At just 627 meters in altitude, the highest point on Ko Pha Ngan is not really all that high - you are certainly not going to risk altitude sickness - but the views are great and climbing to the summit of Khao Ra makes for a fun half-day off-beach workout.

Every Saturday (cheat day): Walking street night market

Every Saturday afternoon from 4:00 p.m., the old high street in Thongsala becomes a bustling market place for the local Thai community and visiting tourists, with many bargains and unique items for sale. The food stalls sell many typical Thai delicacies and other Southern favorites. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars lining the street ready to welcome you in. The market is usually open until 10:00 p.m. (It is cheat day so you can eat!)

Week 4: Ang Thong National Marine Park

Ang Thong National Marine Park Tour from Koh Phangan is one of the best experiences for everyone to enjoy. Ang thong Marine Park is a spectacular archipelago of 42 islands located in the Gulf of Thailand. Furthermore, it is famous for its natural beauty and its wealth of coral and exotic marine life.

Almost all the islands are covered by tropical rain forests and are named for their distinct geography - names such as ‘Sleeping Cow Island’ and ‘Three Pillar Island’. Most of the islands are situated next to each other. As a result, this makes the Ang Thong National Marine Park Tour perfect for sightseeing and adventure. Week 5: Koh Phangan land tour

Explore what the island has to offer with this Koh Phangan land tour. Add to that fun and adventurous activities such as snorkeling, water parks, zip-lining, and elephant experience - you will have one of the best days out in Koh Phangan!

Week 6: Koh Nang Yuan tour

A perfect escape to paradise with the Koh Nang Yuan Tour from Koh Phangan. Enjoy stunning scenery, perfect beaches, snorkeling, and sightseeing!

Located not too far from Koh Tao, you will find the unique island of Nang Yuan. You have probably seen photos of the three islets connected by a sandy beach. The enticing aquamarine waters, the white sand, and the picturesque rocks set the perfect scene.

The surrounding waters are full of colorful corals and plentiful marine life making it ideal for both snorkeling and shallow water scuba diving. Koh Nang Yuan is simply is one of the best snorkeling spots in Thailand. The shallow reefs surrounding the island are filled with soft and hard corals as well as schools of colorful fish. Shelter from the islands means the water is calm and clear.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the lounge with a variety of dishes to choose from the menu. Ting, the cook and caretaker, whips up some really awesome Thai food and sometimes she will whip up a small buffet for dinner. You can choose either Thai style or Western-style food and let Ting know if you want something special. Vegan diet will be at a restaurant five-minute walk from the gym

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

  • Option 1 (cheaper)

Please book your flight to arrive at Surat Thani Airport (URT). This is the nearest airport. From there, purchase a dual ticket for bus and boat at the counter after collecting baggage (Koh Phangan Island). It is a two-hour bus ride to the ferry pier and another two-hour ferry to the island. Let One Blue Sports Club team know your arrival date and they will pick you up from the pier in Koh Phangan.

  • Option 2 (expensive)

Take a flight to Koh Samui Airport (USM). Take a taxi to the Raja Ferry Pier (30 minutes). Purchase ticket at the counter of the pier. Take the ferry to Koh Phangan (one hour and 30 minutes). Let One Blue Sports Club team know your arrival date and they will pick you up from the pier in Koh Phangan.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
