Lessons are released on a daily basis from the date you signed up. Level 1 of the program takes 3 months to complete.
When you have completed all of the Level 1 units and 3 months have passed, you will be invited to do a pre-grading lesson with an experienced teacher (for an additional cost). The teacher will look carefully at your Kung Fu and give you feedback. They will also check that you have learned your lessons properly. If the teacher is confident that you are ready to grade then you will be invited to book a grading a week after the pre-grading. Once you pass the grading, you will unlock Level 2.
You will have the option to take the first four grading examinations in the Tiger Crane style of Kung Fu and receive a certificate. After two months of following this program, you will feel fitter and healthier, your confidence enhanced, your mind clearer, likely experience a weight adjustment, your flexibility improved, detox your body, and enjoy your new self.

This program packs the best elements of Chinese Kung Fu and Chi Kung. It is a balance of hard and soft Kung Fu, internal and external reflecting the principle of Yin and Yang. While becoming a Kung Fu warrior, you will learn philosophy and be able to immerse yourself into meditation and “Zen” to produce a true, spiritual Nam Yang warrior!
Tiger Crane Combination is classic Southern Fukienese Kung Fu which emphasizes intricate hand techniques thrown from a solid, stable stance. It is close to the original Shaolin White Crane, emphasizing the use of touch sensitivity and the use of ‘springy’ power generated from the tendons rather than muscle - The hallmark of genuine Shaolin Kung Fu! In this program, you will be able to truly immerse yourself into the Tiger Crane System alongside free-hand routines.
The ‘Sun Frost White Crane Soft and Gentle Art’ can usually be referred to as “Shuang Yang”. It looks similar to Tai Chi but follows the Buddhist Shaolin Tradition. It is a soft, meditative art that will boost your health, strength, concentration, and energy through relaxed, fluid movements that develop suppleness, mobility, calmness, and balance. Suitable for most people, even the elderly and unfit but make no mistake, this is a real martial art capable of use in serious fights! A true internal Kung Fu form.
The Tong Ling (clearing and circulating) Chi Kung system is an easy and efficient system. Practicing Chi Kung can help you remain young, be healthy and get healthy, boost your energy levels, counters stress, and enhance your senses. For martial artists, its physical benefits can enhance their performance but anyone can benefit greatly!
A hard, Martial Chi Kung, Bodhidharma's (Tat Moh) Vein Tendon Chi Kung is a simple yet effective system that tones all of the tendons in the body and increases its elasticity so that it can store energy. It packs Chi into the internal organs, strengthens and energizes them which results in becoming resistant to injury and disease. It builds ‘springy’ power or explosive strength which can be released at short range - a hallmark of Shaolin Kung Fu.
The weapons taught are the original fighting forms as taught to Master Ang Lian Huat by Tan Kew Liong (9 Dragons Tan), the Chief of the Herbal Medicine Peddlers in the Chuang Cho District of old Fukien China. Not only is weapons training a great workout for the whole body, developing strength, coordination, concentration and balance, but it’s also great fun!
It’s extremely important to know how to use your martial arts in a realistic context. This training is very practical and can be suited to the Individual. It emphasizes avoidance as opposed to confrontation (as it’s much safer) and techniques which do not inflict serious injury (killing or maiming an attacker is likely to get you into very serious trouble). The defense techniques taught are based on Kung Fu, Chinese Boxing, a great deal of experience and with methods that are simple yet effective.
Practical self-defense involves forward planning, awareness, positive body language, quick thinking, diplomacy, and confidence! Physical confrontation is the last resort.
The methods for stretching greatly improve joint and muscle flexibility and teach body relaxation. Within our minds, we have a lot of limitations, such as how flexible we think we are and unfortunately in some ways, it is not in the conscious thinking part of the mind and tends to be ingrained into our physical selves. This program will allow you to dislodge these misconceptions, to get into the mind and rework the mind. Through this practice, you will not only work on the body but also on linking the mind and body to achieve a higher level of flexibility than you may have thought possible!
