Absolutely the best experience in my life. The school is fantastic: full inside the nature, in a peaceful and silent place, where no loud can disturb you. The room are clean and full of space, and there is hot water too. The cooking was excellent: rice, noodles, and a lot of vegetables are cooked in a very good way (and i m Italian, i know what is good cooking). The day is well organized: wake up and do Tai Chi and Qi Gong, breakfast, and 3 hours training. Lunch and other training. After that, you can decide if you'd like to do Qi Gong, power training, stretching, or acrobatics. Most importantly, the masters are absolutely well prepared. They teach you in a very simple way. Not all of them can speak English, but every master has got is own translator, so no problem. I trained Wing Chun with master Hwang, and in just a month he was able to teach me things that i cannot understand in one year at my gym.Master Liu is the Shaolin master: his training are so hard and his stretching is so painful, bit in the end you can clearly see the healthy effects on your body. Master Huang is the Jeet Kune Do master, and is really prepared in what he teaches, even if he is so young. What to say more, Middle Kingdom is a Chinese place, full immersed in the Chinese way of life, but organized in the western way, so no bad surprises. Absolutely the place to be, if you want to learn Kung Fu. Thank you, Middle Kingdom. See you soon.

Master Huang has a large knowledge of the practice and philosophy of martial arts. He is also a very patient instrucutor and a good person. He is also happy to help in our free time with going to the pharmacy and other things. Thanks for everything!

I wanted to learn Kung Fu in China for the experience and to get in better shape. Training was very hard some days, but that is how it is supposed to be. Master Liu is a great teacher and helped push our boundaries. I really enjoyed all of the people I met here. Master Huang would sometimes go with us to the village for dinner. He taught us many things about Chinese culture and life and was incredibly helpful whenever anyone needed him. About the training, it gets easier! Try hard and practice, the time will go slowly if you're always watching the clock. Take it in!
