"Bootcamp on a budget"
The facilities were simple but it had everything you needed. Due to the low season and less people, the instructor was quite flexible when we would start training and was very accommodating. However, communication is key, don't trust the schedule listed on here, they like to switch things up. Arm is a patient instructor and will improve your technique but make sure to approach him and ask him questions.
Pearl who manages the place is amazing. She's very hospitable and makes some of the best breakfast. She owns an organic farm, which she picks her vegetables and fruits from and is also very generous. Whatever you need, if you let her know, she will make sure it's taken care of. The Wi-fi works great and they have a bike or bicycle for you to use to ride to the beach or 7/11 nearby.
