Kung fu is the first of all martial arts in China, with more than 1,500 years of history. Shaolin kung fu is a coordination of strength, flexibility, balance, confidence, and endurance. You will train your body as well as your mind. For example, you will be holding a horse stance position for 20 minutes which will require a great mind power than physical strength. As master Shi Xin Bin says, "strong Ji Ben Gong (basics) makes strongest kung fu". That is why all students work hard every day to build strong basics more than learning lots of forms. This way, with the help of the masters, the students will discover their own potentials and learn the kung fu style that fits their abilities.
