You are also free to attack the fridge late night as you will also be part of the family.

Training facilities at the academy count two big indoor training halls equipped with mats, weapons, Sanda gloves, punching bags, weights, multiple parks and recreation areas. Sometimes, you will practice balance right by the residential apartment building door or go to a nearby mountain to do power training. Any place is a good place to train kung fu. These are located in a beautiful two floored apartment within five minutes walk from the academy.

Kung fu is the first of all martial arts in China, with more than 1,500 years of history. Shaolin kung fu is a coordination of strength, flexibility, balance, confidence, and endurance. You will train your body as well as your mind. For example, you will be holding a horse stance position for 20 minutes which will require a great mind power than physical strength. As master Shi Xin Bin says, "strong Ji Ben Gong (basics) makes strongest kung fu". That is why all students work hard every day to build strong basics more than learning lots of forms. This way, with the help of the masters, the students will discover their own potentials and learn the kung fu style that fits their abilities.

The program will start every day when you will wake up at 7 a.m and get your breakfast at 7:30 a.m. The first class starts at 8:50 a.m. and finish at 11 a.m. Then, you will have lunch at 11:40 a.m. After a break, the next class begins at 3:10 p.m. and finish at 5:20 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:40 p.m. and the last class starts from 7:20 to 8:30 p.m.

During the first class, you will learn the basics and forms, except Saturday when you will do power training for hard physical exercise. During the second class, you will learn forms using weapons and Sanda. The last class, you will learn jumps and kung fu show which showcase each other the forms you have learned with some music in the background like a real kung fu show.

On Friday, the last class is kung fu theory and question and answer session where you can ask the master any doubts about training or kung fu in general. On Saturday, you only have the first class and the rest of the day is free. On Sunday, you are free the whole day.
