With its large garden and pool overlooking the sea, the villa invites you to relax and recharge your energies. The villa grounds are very spacious and offer plenty of room to be together in the group, but also the necessary space to be able to withdraw and reflect. The yoga deck in the garden allows a wonderful practice with a view of the sea, and the indoor yoga studio offers an alternative if the weather does not cooperate.

The villa offers double rooms with single or matrimonial beds and one dormitory with five individual beds. Every room has its own bathroom to share.

Program

Overview

You will start each day with a morning yoga practice overlooking the sea, followed by a nourishing vegan breakfast provided by the amazing Rahel from “Don’t waste your taste” on the outdoor terrace under the warm Ibiza sun.

After lunchtime, you will spend the early afternoon relaxing the soul and the body along the poolside in the charming villa, or maybe even at the beach just around the corner.

Late afternoon, you will activate the body once more in a movement and fitness class. In this class, you will work to strengthen the body in different ways, through compound moves, animal flows, classic calisthenics exercises, headstand and handstand workshops, and dance. Body awareness and moving mindfully are always first priority. You will then continue celebrating and nourishing our bodies with a delicious vegan dinner.

Before heading to bed, you will get together for a gentle evening class with meditation and journaling.

Activities

Morning yoga class

There’s no better way to start the day than with a mobility-inspired Vinyasa yoga class on the outdoor yoga deck. Located within the beautiful garden overlooking the sea, you will activate and wake up the body and mind in a mindful way. No matter if you are an experienced yogi or if you are just about to start your yogic journey, you will definitely enjoy this morning practice.

Afternoon movement class

There are many ways to move the body, so this class will be all about exploration. For bodyweight training, you will only use the weight of your own bodies to find and build strength. During the animal movement flows, you will explore the mobility of your body and move it to the flow of music. One day you will go upside-down in a handstand workshop (for beginners). No previous experience is necessary. If you are unsure about your current body constitution, please contact Ligaya.

Evening meditation and mindfulness practices

Just as the morning practice is important for your mindset, so is the evening practice. How you start the day determines how the day goes, just like how you end the day determines how the night goes.

From journaling and reflecting guided meditations and mindful body movements, you will have a look at a range of different routines.

Free time and exploration

Free time and me-time will not be neglected. In fact, it is encouraged! Between brunch and afternoon class there is enough time to relax at the pool, explore the beaches in the surrounding area and go swimming.

One afternoon will be kept free for an excursion to the famous hippie market of Ibiza.

Location

The retreat venue is located on the east side of the island, in a quiet town called Santa Eulalia, just within walking distance of the beach.

Food

The retreat includes breakfast, brunch, and dinner on a plant-based vegan diet, all prepared by the wonderful Rahel Lutz from “Don’t waste your taste” together with our helping hands. This will also be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about vegan food preparation from a well-experienced vegan practitioner and cook. Besides the two meals each day, there will also be snacks like local fruits, tea and of course water available. After the movement class, you will enjoy a well-deserved buffet-style dinner.

Not far from the villa there is also a supermarket where you can buy more food for your own consumption. There are also numerous restaurants where you can explore the local cuisine in the area.

In addition, snacks, coffee, and tea during the day are also provided.
