Join Krav Maga Core International in their annual Core Camp where they put together a training program that will relentlessly push you through your limits to be the best you can be. You will be training with some of the best instructors in the world in a great location by the beach. Be prepared to train more intensively than ever before and to grade through the most rigorous test with the most demanding instructors. When you earn a rank at Core Camp, you can truly say you have earned it.
Students will stay at the Shefayim Kibbutz Hotel, which is a fabulous sports facility and hotel in a great location. In the center of the country, close to everywhere, the hotel is immersed amidst vast green lawns, enchanting flowered gardens, and is close to the sea shore, the “Sharon Coast” nature reserve, and the “Huzot Shefayim” shopping and attractions center.
The hotel includes 145 spacious and pleasant rooms, which enable you to enjoy a business holiday or a private holiday, together with a Water Park open during the summer months, which offers a multitude of attractions for all vacationers. Many holiday opportunities are possible in the hotel, and all that at only 15 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 7 minutes from Nathanya, with plenty of free parking space.
Students can choose from twin share room, or private room. Each room has a cable television, central heating and air conditioning, a radio and a direct line telephone, including a message box. The hotel has also rooms with communicating doors, as well as rooms accessible to handicapped people.
Krav Maga's 2016 8-day annual Core Camp includes a range of challenging training sessions including ground fighting, urban environments, beach and water training, intensive training against knives, sticks, handguns and machine guns, ‘pushing hands’ and insights from the internal martial arts to improve your fighting, intensive military training, and participating in regular Krav Maga classes with local Israelis.
You will also have two opportunities for testing, and all testing expenses are included in the cost. The first testing opportunity is early in the camp program so that those who are ready to grade when they arrive can do so and then spend the remainder of camp working on their next level. It also means that anyone who is unsuccessful in their test will have the opportunity to re-sit a second test before they leave.
Krav Maga ('contact combat' in Hebrew) is an Israeli self-defence system that is considered the most effective self-defence system in the world. In Krav Maga, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent attack so that they have the best chances of surviving and keeping themselves and their loved ones safe.
What makes Krav Maga so powerful is that it is designed for real-world problems, including dangerous attacks and threats, a wide range of grabs and chokes, attacks with various weapons including sticks, knives and guns, and dealing with multiple attackers.
To prepare ourselves as realistically as possible, we train in real-world scenarios and environments, so frequently training will take place outside, in stairwells, in car parks, in alleys, in vehicles... anywhere where an attack may take place. This gives students an appreciation of the differences in environment, lighting, sound, ground surfaces etc all as part of being better prepared for the situation we hope they are never in.
But fundamentally, Krav Maga hopes to teach students how to avoid a violent confrontation. Yes, Krav Maga teaches explosive fighting and defensive skills, but more importantly, Krav Maga teaches students to be aware of themselves and their environment and to know how to avoid a potentially life-threatening situation.
Importantly, Krav Maga is easy to learn because it harnesses a person’s natural reactions and reflexes. Students of all levels with no combative experience can progress quite quickly to a level where they feel capable of handling most basic scenarios. As a bonus, Krav Maga also improves fitness, endurance and physical conditioning.
Krav Maga is accessible to everyone – children, women, adults, even the elderly – because it teaches basic principles of safety and self-defence and targets an attacker’s vulnerable areas. But while Krav Maga is accessible to everyone, it is renowned for its effectiveness for military, law enforcement, executive protection and SWAT units where a more aggressive and forceful approach may be needed.
Krav Maga Core is an international training and accreditation system developed by Haim Sasson, Amnon Darsa and Leann Webb.
Haim Sasson is a Master in martial arts and Krav Maga, with over 40 years of experience including black belts in multiple systems. He has a direct lineage to Krav Maga's creator and founder, Imi Lichtenfeld, having received his black belt from Imi and training with Imi’s original students. Haim is also the foremost student of Martial Arts Grand Master Jim Keenan, a confidant and peer of Imi and the man responsible for many of Krav Maga’s ‘trademark’ exercises such as the zombie drills.
Amnon Darsa is indisputably one of the world’s greatest Krav Maga professionals. Amnon started training in Krav Maga when he was just thirteen years old, and from 1988 was the protégé of Eyal Yanilov, Imi’s closest and most trusted student. Amnon has spent almost a decade working as the lead global instructor in Krav Maga and has developed an unmatched expertise in all sectors, with particular emphasis in military, law enforcement, special weapons and training, and executive protection.
Leann Webb is a leading business expert and entrepreneur with several successful businesses under her belt. She is an award-winning MBA who brings the professional management expertise to take Krav Maga Core to the next level. She is extremely innovative with a relentless pursuit of excellence. It is her management that sees Krav Maga Core operating smoothly and successfully, while growing rapidly around the world.
With genuine respect between them, and a synergy of expertise, Amnon, Haim and Leann have joined forces to create Krav Maga Core.

Tel Aviv is the second largest city in Israel (after Jerusalem), and the largest metropolitan area. It is on the Mediterranean coast. The official name is Tel Aviv-Yafo, and reflects the fact that the city has grown beside (and absorbed) the ancient port city of Yafo, to the south of the new city center, in addition to many other neighboring cities. Tel Aviv is home to most foreign embassies.
There are a lot to do in Tel Aviv, from the each to its various amusement and water parks, from the performing arts events to the sports venues, from its local markets to high-end shopping malls. Tel Aviv also hosts a number of festivals, as well as offers a range of restaurants for every budget and every taste.
If you choose the full board option, 3 meals per day will be included in the price. However, you may opt to take care of your own meals in order to experience different styles of cuisine in the area.
