How the training works
All recorded videos needed to prepare for the course as well as all other communication needs will be held over Whatsapp while all live online sessions will be held over Zoom.
Timing of sessions / daily schedule (GMT)
- 05:30 - 06:30 Initiation
- 13:00 - 14:30 Meditation technique transmitted by a Sufi master. You will receive information to prepare you for the meditation and clear intent.
- 16:30 Office hours. Questions can be submitted to the Master who will spend everyday time to respond to questions or need for clarifications.
Training information
This will be a hands-on experience for the participants to feel and understand concepts such as energy, Qi; Dantiens ++ In general the characteristics of internal martial arts are relaxation, precision in alignment, open hand techniques, and a degree of introspective meditation or self hypnosis that focuses on control of both the external and internal parts the body with the mind.
Over the course of three days, participants will connect with Master Sham and receive initiation in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Xing Yi, and meditation. The participants will come out with knowledge that can be practiced during initiation and after completion of the course. You will learn about theory as it was transmitted to Master Essadki along as the basic moves.
HunYuan Qi Gong
The Hunyuan Qi Gong set combines Taoist Internal Alchemy and Martial Qi Gong methods in an extremely effective and elegant system. This set is designed to combine prenatal and postnatal Qi to supplement the essential Qi of the body.
GuoShi Xing Yi
One of the oldest forms of martial arts in Chinese Kung Fu is the Xing Yi Quan. It started in the Southern Song Dynasty ten centuries ago. Xing Yi Quan’s theories and scientifically-accepted precepts are founded on a comprehensive and sound school of thought. You will be initiated to the basic stance to build a foundation for grounding, focus, and to welcome the 5 fists elements and the 12 Animal forms.
Tai Chi Chen Style
The oldest and parent forms of the different Tai Chi Style. The initiation encompasses soft, slow, and round motions for health, internal martial art skills, aesthetics, and meditation.
Daily training program
- Day 1: Qi Gong
- Day 2: Tai Chi
- Day 3: Xing Yi
