Grab this unique opportunity to learn Cambodian Boxing, Kun Khmer and at the same time discover the wonders that Siem Reap has to offer. Training and sightseeing are combined on this trip. On training days you will train twice a day at the brand new training center of Kingdom Fight Gym to get in the best shape of your life. After training, you can relax by the pool, do some sightseeing on your own, or simply get some sleep in your comfortable room.
During the training camp, you will stay at 4-Star Hotel Landing Gold Villa in Siem Reap. This is a very nice hotel which lies in walking distance of our gym. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a flat-screen television, an en-suite bathroom, and the hotel has a nice swimming pool.
Arrival day at Siem Reap and check-in into your hotel. If you like, you can discover Siem Reap town, or just chill at the pool and get some rest for the upcoming days.
Two 2-hour sessions of Kun Khmer training. The sessions will be led by our experienced Kingdom Fight Gym team. The sessions will include techniques, drills, bag and pad work, clinching, and sparring.
Sightseeing at Angkor Archaeological Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1992. There are approximately 50 Buddhist and Hindu temples dating back to the 12th century within its grounds. The grounds hold the iconic Angkor Wat, the best-preserved temple at the site.
Hitting the gym again with Two 2-hour sessions of Kun Khmer training.
Sightseeing at Phnom Kulen National Park. Phnom Kulen, boasting a beautiful waterfall at the top, is considered a holy mountain in Cambodia. It has major symbolic importance for Cambodians as the birthplace of the ancient Khmer Empire. In the park, you will also visit the Thousand Lingas and Preah Ang Thom pagoda with its giant reclining Buddha.
Training day. Sharpen your techniques in the two 2-hour sessions with drills, bag and pad work, clinching, and sparring.
Keep up the good work and continue your training journey in Kun Khmer with the morning and afternoon sessions at Kingdom Fight Gym.
A day trip to Kompong Khleang, the largest authentic community-owned floating village in the Siem Reap province. Experience the local way of life with stilt houses, floating schools and markets on the beautiful Tonle Sap lake. You will enjoy a delicious lunch with friendly locals and cycle around Siem Reap’s stunning countryside.
After a day of sightseeing it is time to hit the gym again to further improve your skills under the supervision of the professional Kingdom Fight Gym team.
Your last Training Camp day! Time to dot the i's and cross the t's in the last two training sessions.
Time to say goodbye and prepare to head back home or maybe extend your stay and explore this beautiful country with amazing beaches, hidden temples, and nature parks. Or just stay in Siem Reap and keep training at Kingdom Fight Gym!
Daz has 30 years experience in different disciplines of martial arts including karate, kickboxing, Japanese jujitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Daz has competed for 20 years and had around 54 fights. After his active fighting career, Daz has begun coaching champions in the UK from amateur to professional in Muay Thai and K1. Not only is Daz known for his strategic coaching skills, he is also the best pad holder in the town.
Bora started his martial arts journey at the age of 17 under the wings of renown athlete, Chan Rothana. At age 19 he started coaching besides training as a fighter. Currently focusing on his coaching career at KFG and proved to be an amazing pad holder and coach who knows how to mix fun with hard work.
Martial arts have been a great factor in the personal development of Kwok. He has experienced the positive effect it has on self-control, social connection, and perseverance. With over 20 years of experience in martial arts like Taekwondo, Muay Thai / Kun Khmer, and Kickboxing, Kwok knows like no other how to mix different traditional martial arts into a comprehensive modern style.
