The Accra Beach Hotel & Spa is a 3.5-acre beachfront property offering breathtaking views of the island, pool, and ocean. Located on a pristine strip of beach, and surrounded by lush gardens, Accra provides ultimate relaxation to ensure a very special experience. The hotel features a swim-up pool bar, an oceanfront bar, three on-site restaurants, and a full-service spa. You will have the choice of staying in an Island View Room or an Ocean View Room.

Both rooms include free Wi-Fi, coffeemakers, mini-fridges, cable TV, air conditioning, direct dial phone, in-room safe, hairdryer and quality bathroom amenities. Rooms may be configured with one king bed or two twin beds. Upgrades to suites may be requested pending availability for an additional charge.

Program

Coach Beth Roberts is the owner and head trainer at Killington Boot Camp in Vermont, but don't be fooled by the name! This all-levels fitness retreat will incorporate a variety of workouts ranging from strength training to conditioning to restorative stretching. She'll start each day with a higher-intensity class and stretch and then focus the afternoon sessions on recovery.

Welcome to Barbados! Arrive at Aéroport international Grantley-Adams (BGI) and take a provided shuttle to the resort. You'll get settled at the hotel and meet for orientation and a beach walk/stretch to wake up your body from the day of travel. In the evening, you'll visit Oistin's Fish Fry, the popular fish market and festival with food and dancing!

Wake up to an ocean breeze, a strength workout for all levels and breakfast at the hotel before departing for a private guided hike. You'll have a team of locals lead you through the mountains and along the coast for unparalleled views - without another tourist in sight! After the hike and some light refreshments, you'll go back to the hotel for free time and lunch and then come together for a restorative stretch. The night is free, and a suggestion is to visit St. Lawrence Gap for dinner and nightlife.

Today is a free day to enjoy the island, sign up for an extra activity or just relax on the beach! You will have your morning workout at a local gym and afternoon stretch back at the hotel as a group, but in between is up to you! Dinner will be included at a local restaurant to enjoy each other's company and delicious Bajan delicacies.

After a beach boot camp and restorative stretch to kick off the day, you'll have a relaxing afternoon visiting a beautiful beach on a different side of the island. In the afternoon, you'll have a second workout and then enjoy a free night.

It's Coach Beth's birthday!! The group will wake up to enjoy another creative beach boot camp and restorative stretch before sitting down for breakfast. The morning is then free to soak up the sun or the sites. As the heat of the day begins to subside, you'll depart for an exciting catamaran cruise with snorkeling over shipwrecks, open bar, delicious food, and incredible views of the sunset. The final group dinner will be included at a nearby restaurant.

This morning, you'll have your final workout or simply a beach walk and stretch depending on how the group is feeling, and then you'll have breakfast together. You'll enjoy your last moments on the beach before taking a shuttle to the airport and heading home refreshed and feeling stronger than ever!

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
