Schedule

  • Morning training session
  • The morning session starts with a 10 - 12 kilometer run.
  • Pad session with trainer 3 - 4 rounds of 5 minute duration with one round focusing on boxing and elbows only.
  • Bag work 4 rounds of 5 minute duration.
  • General conditioning work such as pull-ups, 300 sit-ups
  • Afternoon session
  • Afternoon session start with skipping for 30 minutes
  • Pad work with trainer 5 - 6 rounds of 5 minutes duration with 1 - 2 rounds focusing on boxing and elbows only.
  • Bagwork 5 rounds of 5 minutes duration
  • Technical sparing 3 rounds of 5 minutes duration
  • 30 minutes of clinch and knee work
  • Light jog, 2 - 3 kilometers
  • 300 knees on heavy bag and 100 kicks
  • General conditioning work such as pull-ups and 300 sit-ups
  • Anan Chantip

    Anan Chantip is a former professional Muay Thai boxer with over 200 fights experience. Anan fought under the ring name Srimuang Singsuanngern and fought many fights as main event both of Thailands main stadiums Lumpinee and Ratchadamneon. After Anan retired, he started training fighters and his first protege was his wife's younger brother Kreukchai Sor Kettalingchan. After a while Anan decided it was time to open his own gym and started Kaeswamrit.

Kaewsamrit Gym is located in a fairly quiet residential part of Bangkok. Nearby there are several shops, restaurants, internet facilities, bank, and mall. Its just a short trip into the heart of Bangkok and close to Ratchadamneon stadium.

During the program you will be served meals twice a day.

Kaewsamrit gym Thailand is located at Bangkok, where a lot of activities and attractions are done and visited. There are several places that you might not want to miss, while in the capital city of Thailand.

Some of the places you must visit are the famous and historical temples like Wat Pho. Wat Pho, aside from being a temple is also a massage school. It is also known for housing the worlds largest reclining Buddha image.

You might also want to try visiting the Grand Palace, one of the largest temples in town. After visiting the Grand Palace, you can use your entrance pass to enter the Dusit Palace. You can also have a tour at the famous Jim Thompson mansion.

Another destination would be the largest aquarium in Southeast Asia, which is the Siam Ocean World. Additionally around the area, you can also visit different museums and national parks. There are also a lot of animal farms and zoos, which happen to be also a popular attraction in Bangkok.
