Accommodation

Simple native-style accommodation will be provided to the students, or they can choose from a variety of cheap to expensive hotels in Sabang.

Program

The three-week course consists of single stick, double stick, knife concepts, warm-up exercises, situational awareness, conflict management, de-escalation, and understanding of criminal intent. And Unarmed combat training.

Training is four hours per day, less if the student requires, training is usually done from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., students can train in the evenings if that is more suitable.

Training is 5 days per week with two days off. Students can choose any two days to have time off.

Style: Combat Escrima, which is a combination of concealable street weapons, combative, Thai boxing, is not designed for competition use, it is designed to get you safely from A to B. on the streets.

Food is not included in the price. Students are responsible for their own meals during the whole duration of the training. There are simple restaurants and more expensive ones like at the Sheridan hotel.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPS). From there, you can take a bus to Sabang.
