Join Jan Vervecken, Mieke Vervecken-Pieters, and Marcella Ghijsen for a warm holiday in the south of France! Enjoy yoga, shiatsu, and qigong in a peaceful setting, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of nature. The accommodations will be in a bed and breakfast by the river. Trees around the house provide wonderfully refreshing greenery. There is a lounge with fireplace, lawn at the back, and the field in front.
You also have a choice to avail of the camping accommodation option; you will have to bring your own tent, but a number of mattresses is available for use.
There will also be a tai chi lesson on the grass by the river on Tuesday, after which you will get to go to the market in Nant.
Enjoy the Nant market on Tuesday. You will enjoy many beautiful crafts, such as jewelry, clothing, pottery, and books. There are also sheep cheese and other vegan treats.
This program will be held in the quiet village of Nant in the south of France. Nant is still surrounded by forests; it is blissfully warm but cool under the trees and near the river. It has a beautiful village square with nice French terraces. Nant is a fascinating area, rugged nature with wild orchids, little population, sheep farmers, and an interesting history.
Delicious freshly prepared organic dishes will be prepared daily by Chef Mieke Vervecken, known for her refined and festive dishes that appeal to everyone. Diet includes macros, veggies, and vegan dishes. Special attention is given to local cuisine and refreshing drinks and desserts.
Take the TGV to Millau and then continue by bus (about 20 kilometers) or by taxi. You can also take the TGV to Montpellier and then board the bus to La Cavalerie. For a small fee, International Shiatsu School can pick you up there.
