Indianbootcamp's Weight Loss Boot Camp Program

This is specially designed for the working professionals, who cannot make it for longer duration due to work/business priorities but love to get a feel of boot camp training/off gym training. The camp includes sessions for stamina building, group physical training, and weight loss, together with 10 yoga sessions and 10 Mixed Martial Arts sessions. The program is designed in such a way that people will have a feel of boot camp, army-like training and discipline supported by healthy diet plan prescribed by the dieticians. Training daily starts at 5:30 in the morning, and ends at 8:30 in the evening. The training and physical activities during these 15 hours will make feel sleepy for sure.


The Fitness Holiday organizes the weight loss camp for adults and kids at very peaceful location in India. The intention of the camp is to provide participants with an amazing camping experience in the wilderness along with effective diet plan in combination with ayurvedic treatments and yoga that that leads to healthy permanent weight loss. Lot of exiting activities planned throughout the day for maximum enjoyment.

The motive is to facilitate healthy weight loss while you are enjoying a holiday. Simple and fun activities like bird watching, nocturnal wildlife watching, wildlife tracking, insect collection, kayaking, rafting, and yoga help you burn calories in an enjoyable manner. Uttaranchal shares its borders with Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, and also with Nepal and Tibet. Though the history of Uttaranchal the state is a recent one, but the region's history dates back to the ancient times, which has shaped its pluralistic heritage. Dehradun is the capital of the state.

The geography of Uttaranchal is dominated by mountains. The state affords a view of the mighty Himalayas in all their pristine glory. Besides its famous hill stations like Mussorie, Nainital and Ranikhet and pilgrimage destinations like Yamonotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, the state is also known for its rich cultural legacy and thrilling adventure options and wildlife.


All meals included as per fixed menu. All meals will be as per plan and healthy diet. They will serve healthy food with limited portions. Some people will hate this type of food in the beginning but you have already done a good damage by oily and spicy food from your favorite restaurants. There will be no junk food at all.
