Accommodation for 2 nights are included in the price. Participants will stay at the Runaway Bay Sports Super Center. You will be staying in one of their lodges. Each lodge provide comfortable, modern, three-star group accommodation. Each lodge has 10 bedrooms. Twin, quad and wheelchair rooms are available. There is a common room with cable TV and DVD, kitchenette for basic food prep, laundry facilities with washer and dryer, and full dining and catering facilities.
Krav Rapid program by InDefence aims at providing a solution to those who work away and find it hard to get to training, who have other commitments during weeknights, who have been out of Krav Maga for a while but would like to get back into it, who want to keep pace with their friends that can get to training more regularly, and who want to fast track your Krav training. Within 3 days, participants will have extremely intensive training in Krav Maga, with training schedule of 10 hours per day. 1 weekend to fast track the training and you may choose to grade.
Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent, deal, and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defence, self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others, all in unique and comprehensive teachings and way. Krav-Maga was developed in Israel, under realistic demands and conditions. It was founded and formed by Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or).
Krav Maga is a horizontal system with a unique and logical approach. It is easy to learn and retain, performed naturally and intuitively, and practically be used under stressful conditions. An essential part of Krav Maga is its teaching process, methodology, and ways of training.
Prevention, avoidance, escape, and evasion.
Dealing with throws and falls to all directions and angles.
Attacks and counterattacks, performed to all targets, distances, ranges, heights, angles, directions and in all rhythms. Executed from all positions and postures. Use of all sorts of common objects for defensive purposes.
Defending all unarmed attacks: punches, strikes and kicks. Releases from all sorts of grabs and holds. Defending all armed attacks and threats of knife and sharp objects; of sticks bars and other blunt objects; of all kind of firearms.
Dealing with the above attacks when sent from all possible directions and places; When are performed by a single or multiple attackers; when attacks occur in all possible places, positions and postures. Including in confined or open areas; in an ally, staircase, car; On all types of grounds; In water; when free or in limited space of movement; While standing, on the move, sitting down, laying down on the back, side or facing down.
Physical and mental control and disarm.
Krav Maga prepares the trainees to function in all circumstances and scenarios, in all combat and fighting environments, according to their needs, risks they are facing and job descriptions. Krav Maga enables and brings technical, tactical, physical and mental growth and improvements.
Krav-Maga contains special approaches, tactics, techniques, subjects, drills, and training methods for the different sectors: civilians of all ages, men and women, young and old; law-enforcement officers; military personnel and units; correction service officers and wardens; security officers; close protection officers; undercover agents; anti-terrorists groups; air-marshals; special and commando units.

The Gold Coast region is located 70kms south of Queensland’s capital city, Brisbane, and almost 1000 km North of the capital of New South Wales, Sydney. It has an estimated population of 480,000 and is Australia’s sixth largest city. At the center of the Gold Coast region is the popular and well known suburb of Surfers Paradise.
Inland from the beaches and behind the city, there are magnificent National Parks - Springbrook, Lamington, and Tamborine, which feature World Heritage protected areas. These scenic sub-tropical rain forests are visitor friendly with picnic areas, short and long nature walks, amazing natural flora and fauna, and spectacular lookouts that gaze out across the hinterland, the city and out to the expanse of the ocean. The four theme parks are Movie World, Wet ‘n’ Wild, Sea World and Dreamworld located between the suburbs of Southport and Coomera.
Adventure attractions are endless and some include motor bike tours, parasailing, sky diving, hot air ballooning, jet skiing, power boating, helicopter tours, go karting, and motor racing. Deep sea fishing charters are popular along with whale and dolphin watching tours. Other marine activities include fishing at the beach or along the river ways, swimming, skiing, diving, and snorkeling. The Gold Coast is also home to over 20 of Australia’s leading golf resorts with picturesque backdrops and meticulously manicured greens.
The Gold Coast is popular for its famous nightclubs located on Cavill Avenue and Orchid Avenue where you can party to the early hours. There are also two nightclubs located in Broadbeach as well as a large casino and convention center. Taverns and Surf Clubs are also popular. There are also over 500 restaurants on the Coast. Main Beach and Broadbeach are popular for their main streets lined with quality restaurants serving for all tastes in ambient relaxing surroundings.
Participants will have their meals at the Sports Super Centre. The trackside restaurant and its renowned staff can provide full dining requirements for up to 288 guests, in a spacious food court overlooking the track and aquatic center. A healthy three-tier buffet menu is available for all in-house groups with meal packages to suit any budget or appetite - from Samoan rugby teams to Swedish curlers!
Coffees, smoothies, and light meals can also be ordered from the adjacent Cardio Cafe, and cold drink and snack machines are also available onsite. The chefs can organize menus catered to your specific requirements.
