Enjoy days filled by music, dances, meditation, workshops, yoga, and mixed martial arts. The love for music and yoga is the concept behind the festival. The idea of an event was a thought that arrived like many thoughts arrive. With the passing of the days, this thought became enthusiasm and joy and began taking shape. This is how the festival was born and it's now at its sixth edition, becoming bigger, attracting people from all over the world, for amazing days of sharing experience.
During this festival, you will be staying in the tents at Farmhouse Bellaria. Please note that you have to bring your own tent as Hari Om only provides camping space. Farmhouse Bellaria is a classic farmhouse in Piemont style, part of it to be drawn back to the half of the nineteenth century. It is located in a quiet hilly area of the countryside between Alessandria and Acqui Terme.
Far from the city center and the main roads, it is surrounded by a quiet and relaxed atmosphere that follows the rhythm of nature. Foxes, deer, squirrels, wild boars, and many kinds of birds live in this countryside. Very often, they get close to the houses and the small lake, which is located inside the property of the farmhouse.
During this festival, you will have the opportunity to attend various workshops on yoga, martial arts, creativity, and meditation, as well as music concerts by well-known rock and psychedelics band. In the martial arts workshops, a lot of topics on various martial arts styles will be covered, from Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, to Tai Chi. The yoga workshops also cover many interesting topics, from Yin yoga, breath and pranayama, Vinyasa, to yoga Nidra.
