Find your roots through a workout based on primitive movements! Join this four-day retreat to test yourself by changing your idea of training and movement, rediscovering the ability that allowed Homo Sapiens to survive in nature. With "Natural Movement" you can acquire techniques to use on yourself or to teach others in a fun and playful way in nature, on the streets of a city, or with very little equipment in a gym.
Wide and luminous practice room, 100-square meter parquet floor with a large wall-to-wall window overlooking the surrounding countryside with underfloor heating. Mats, bricks, bolster, blankets, cushions, and other supports for yoga and other disciplines are available.
External structure with side windproof PVC sheets that can be opened completely to enjoy the experience of practicing totally outdoors. The floor is in wood with a total surface area of 150 square meters. Equipped with system/lights and supports for the practice of yoga and combat sports.
In summer, it is possible to enjoy eight hectares of green meadow and woods. In the area in front of the Cascina, there is a natural-style swimming pool, a totally wooden bar where you can enjoy craft beers and fresh cocktails and a sail that creates a pleasant shaded area.

Moving away from nature has led you to lose many of your basic motor skills with associated psychophysical consequences. Quadrupeds, ground movements, balance, running, jumps, vaulting, climbing techniques, lifting, transporting, throwing, and receiving objects, fighting games, and proprioceptive.
The camp will allow you to take back all this and test how physical and mental well-being can be achieved by learning and developing practical skills; develop excellent and versatile conditioning for the body, practicality, and adaptability of movement with the environment around you, mental focus and awareness in movement.

To improve not only joint mobility and proprioception but also coordination, reactivity, and therefore strength, speed, and power. Because by re-appropriating the natural movements, you will have a uniform distribution of work over different muscle chains so as to develop the body harmoniously and naturally. To return to walking barefoot, to climb, to move in the open air like when you were children and at the same time improve mnemonic and cognitive performance.
It is fitness for the real world, it is a training system based on the development of practical skills that put the individual at the center. You will learn to move efficiently in all planes of movement, taking many forms depending on the environment. You will explore a range of motor skills that the human body has developed in its evolutionary path in order to survive.
You will then see how to use these skills in real life by adapting them both in the natural and urban context. You will understand what it means to return to the origins, to nature through direct contact with it every day of the camp. You will develop the ability to change position, movement, and rhythm efficiently by taking advantage of all the options and possibilities available.
You will learn to have complete control of the body and to understand the muscles and joints. You will train the balance on the feet and hands by adapting to different positions and surfaces. Reactivating these forgotten physiological and ancient movements means positively influencing the organism both physically and mentally.
It is a discipline within everyone's reach, regardless of age, sex, or physical constitution, and it is for all the objectives, whether they are aesthetic, health, or athletic preparation. To those who want to make friends with gravity and use it to train effectively. To those who want greater awareness of the body, mind, and surrounding environment in the here and now. To those who remained a child and to those who want to become a child again. To those who want to be outdoors who are tired of being eight hours a day in front of a computer.
The SWT Natural Movements Camp is a recognized MSP/Coni at a national level and is open to everyone, both to those who already have training in the sports field and to those who have no previous qualification. At the end of the course, following a favorable evaluation by the instructor of the course, the diploma "Functional Gymnastics - SWT Natural Movements Method - First Level" will be awarded.
Tiziano Dimattia is a graduate and associated Yoga teacher Hari-Om and a certified instructor of MovNat. There will be a professional kitchen where they'll prepare all meals with love. Hari-Om Yoga School nourishes the body with genuine, simple, tasty, local produce. The main ingredient of their recipes are vegetables, grown without additives in their vegetable gardens. The dishes on offer are mainly vegetarian and vegan with options for people with allergies. In case of delay, please notify Hari-Om Yoga School by telephone. The cost of the service from the station of Alessandria is 15 EUR each way per person (30 EUR return); the service is free from the bus stop of Sezzadio and Gamalero (A / R).
Cascina Bellaria can be reached in a faster and more efficient way, always from the Alessandria station, with the classic taxi service. Please note that the "courtesy shuttle" service not available during Bliss Beat Festival.
From the Alessandria station and from the nearby Piazza Garibaldi, there is a corriere/bus service. You can choose any bus with arrival or departure from Sezzadio or Gamalero.
