FMMA Bangkok WingChun Kung Fu in Thailand Schedule

Training for five days a week, from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are off to explore Bangkok and the rest. There will be at least one or two trips out of Bangkok to the islands or mountains, to visit and train with the rest of the members.

At FMMA, they strive to help you overcome your fears and achieve self-control. People come from all over the world to discover themselves in Thailand and through the Qi Gong and WingChun training, you can build confidence and mental strength, while you sample the food and culture.

Style / Category

WingChun

They have the largest number of women training in this art in Bangkok, 80% of their students being female. They train in WingChun to build structure, not strength to combat attackers, so the smallest can still overcome a force.

Qigong

You will build strong internal strength and peace of mind with this training.

Academy profile

FMMA Bangkok WingChun started in 2011, with a small dojo in the outskirts of Bangkok, from four students to now an average of 70 students from all over the world. Here they train in a non-gym like atmosphere to build a family environment for locals and expats to meet, make friends and train together. They pride themselves in teaching people from all walks of life and all sizes and shapes, ages and races.

They cover separate training for various needs, such as self-discovery, fitness, and weight loss or weight gain, street self-defense skills, mediation and escape from stress, healing and joint repair, kids and teens programs, women-only programs, weapons training in staff, double sticks, sword and wooden dummy.
