Being a British Army Physical Training instructor I understand peoples limits and how to encourage maximum performance to help people reach their goals. I love seeing people exceed their own expectations and enjoy their fitness journey, not just at the camp but when they return home.

Hi my name is Adam and I’m one of the instructors at Fit trip. I work as an British army PTI and also run boot camps and circuit classes. I have instructed and trained a very wide variety of people, male and female and across all aspects of age and ability. I love to find people limits and then drive them beyond what they thought they where capable off. The sight of seeing someone achieve what they might have once thought impossible is truly inspirational and makes all the hard work worth while.
