Health Qigong - Yi Jin Jing is part of the New Health Qigong Exercise Series compiled and published by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. Yi Jin Jing exercises are thought to have their origin in primitive shamanistic rituals. Health Qigong or "Chi massage" is part of Chinese medicine for self-energy healing. It is also called internal Martial arts. It is simple to learn and suitable for people of all ages. It is the most popular of all the classic Chinese Qigong meditation exercises.
Regular practice can help promote physical and mental well-being, prevent illness, strengthen the body, help improve balance and coordination and even prolong life. Easy to study this fitness exercise.

Upon the completion of the course, you will be given a certificate by FangYuan TaiChi Centre.
The course is designed with 2 modules. Once you have registered for the course, you will have access to specially designed pages to start your first module. You can take step by step to learn each module in your free time, you can take as much time as you need to complete each step.
This course includes 15 tutorial videos, unlimited "Talk to the Master" classes, and 3 live reviews by your Master. It is designed to last a minimum of 4 weeks, but with a flexible approach, you can take as long as you need. There is no point in rushing through it. The longer you spend practicing each form, the better you will learn.
The course will start once you book it. Then each following of training will consist of the following:
You will gain access to up to 6 self-study tutorial videos in each module that you can study at your own time. Those are very detailed videos and you can watch them as many times as you wish. You can decide on the next module when you satisfy your movements.
Sometimes halfway through the module, there will be an unlimited “Talk to the mater“ live class when you have any questions, you can ask any question that may have arisen while you were studying tutorial videos.
This course is well designed that every few steps you will receive a message to take a master review class, it is not advisable that you move on too quickly before you do it properly. You decide when to have your forms reviewed, so there is no pressure.
During the review class, master Ping will watch every participant performing the forms you have learned so far, give you his feedback and answer all your questions, so they can make sure you are ready for the next portion of tutorial videos.

Founder of FangYuan TaiChi Centre, he started at nine years old and he has been practicing primarily Tai Chi for 24 years and has learned the whole of Chen style-forms, push hands, weapons, and theory from Master Lin JianXing. Later, he learned from Masters Chen Zheng Lei, Wang FuJing, Wang LaiQin, Wu MingQiang, and Xu Yakui in order to deepen his understanding of Tai Chi.
