Accommodation

During this training, you will be accommodated at Eastover, a 600-acre holistic retreat center only minutes away from the center of downtown Lenox, ideal for teachers, groups, organizations, and companies to host retreats, workshops, and group events.

It offers spacious studio facilities including yoga studios, meditation rooms, outdoor spaces, conference meeting rooms, and even a commercial kitchen for cooking classes. Eastover is eco-friendly with a new water treatment facility that reclaims every drop of water at the retreat center without chemicals before being sent to the ground.

Rooms

All of Eastover’s guest rooms are simple, yet well-appointed. Many of the rustically elegant rooms are able to be adjoined to support family stays. Over the past three years, there have been many upgrades, from simple wallpaper changes to entirely new bathrooms. The bed and bath linens are five-star quality and some of the rooms are outfitted with 42-inches flat screen TV.

The terrace room

Warmed in daylight from the huge south windows, the terrace room’s 2,200 square feet floor is a stunning setting for mid-sized weddings and events of up to 146 dinner guests in Victorian architectural elegance. Its unique proportions provide a cozy closeness with ample room for a dance floor and visiting.

The adjacent kitchen permits superb service in a large banquet environment. The terrace room’s large glass doors open onto a sizable bluestone patio large enough for its own party. The sparkling fountain highlights this French style garden retreat. Under the shade of enormous Catalpa trees, the terrace room is a true memory of summer elegance.

Mohawk studio

Totally renovated with new lighting and hardwood floors, this multi-purpose space overlooks one of the many fields, the barn, and of course, the October Mountain. In the mornings, this space is bathed in the bright light of the rising sun. The studio has the ability to serve as a meditation studio, yoga studio, or a conference room.

Eastover Estate and Retreat provide the tools to transform this space. They can fit it with yoga mats, meditation pillows, or tables and chairs for conferences. This space also contains a small stage on the side of the room that is outfitted with a projector for presenting and teaching needs.

Heated pool

The heated indoor pool building has been totally rebuilt. There is also a sauna and a guest changing area with showers for guest use. The pool area is open from 8:00 a.m. until 10 p.m. Please also note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so children under 14 are required to be supervised by an adult at all times.

Eastover Estate and Retreat Qigong Classes Massachusetts Program

Jay Emmanuel calls his technique “Magnetic Harmonic Vibrational Therapy.” In his practice, he uses specific sounds and frequencies of vibrations in combination with “parthonic energy” and “mind energy in action”. With this combination, he helps to re-establish the proper harmonic tones and frequencies within the subtle energy fields of the body, including the chakras, the etheric body, the auric energy field, and the physical body.

There is scientific evidence that these techniques may help stimulate the natural healing process of the body, mind, and spirit. Jay thinks that every person possesses an infinite force or power that helps stimulate his or her ”inner natural pharmacy.” This inner macrocosmic force that is encoded in your DNA archives can be stimulated in order to activate the regeneration and the natural healing process of the entire biophysical, mental, energetic or etheric body.

Through the practice of “The Healing Forces of Harmonic Sounds and Vibrations, the Power of the Mind and the Voice” and the dynamic motion movement of your own hands healing power, you can activate the Qi energy of life that can transform and regenerate your biological systems.

As a singer with a powerful melodic range, Jay Emmanuel masterfully blends voice, colors, lights, and sounds with the use of Seven Alchemy Quartz Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Bowls calibrated to specific frequencies in the human body. Used in combination, he delivers harmonic sounds and vibrations capable of uplifting the audience into an incomparable journey.
