"Sweating holiday "
It was great to train with Cubans, gain new experiences with new boxing techniques without knowing the Spanish language. the guys from cuba turned out to be very hospitable and despite the threatening faces they were always very friendly. morning training took place with the cuban natinal boxing team and I will say only one thing, when the cuba will return to professional boxing they will be new champions. it was an honor :)

"Brilliant cultural experience "
Cuba boxing experience was great, you get to stay in the heart of Havana and see how they live but only 10 minutes taxi away from Havana central which is also great. There training was brilliant available for all levels and all types of goals where the coaches who were very helpful try push you to achieve these goals. The camp has a relaxed laid back feeling allowing you to be happy when training and relaxing but when it’s time to train your pushed. The coaches are all good Cuban coaches who are very skillfull. Whether your looking to learn boxing, loose weight, improve your boxing knowledge, keep fit they can help that. The food is good tasty food 3 set meals a day for sure will make you loose weight as not a lot but not to little, with the options of many good restaurants nearby. I liked the positivity of the whole camp the atmosphere is very good and great chance to meet new people and create some amazing memories. Overall amazing trip to Cuba recommended to anyone.

"Fantastic experience "
For me it was one of the greatest trips I did so far!
The Training is exceptional in its quality (and intensity) and the casa is perfect to recover from it.
Since jack is quite good with the locals there‘s usually always something to do and someone to do it with.
The location of casa and training in cojimar is a really cuban experience by which I mean you won’t see that many annoying tourists around which you should fancy going there.
All in all I‘d say I got all I wanted from the time I stayed with jack and the guys and even more.
I got to meet some of the most interesting and friendly people and trained which a great coach and outstanding athletes.
Thanks to you jack and keep it up man! I’ll be back!

This was an experience I will never forget. The living quarters were better than expected and truly gave you an authentic feeling of not only Cuban boxing tradition, but also authentic Cuban culture. The training itself, although slightly intimidating at first due to the skill of the trainers, was exactly what I was hoping for. This camp is not for the weak, but anything less than exactly what it was, would have left me disappointed. I was tested mentally and physically on a daily basis and feel that I have become not only a better skilled boxer, but a stronger person overall. Jack Smith is a solid person and a solid program leader. He and his team of trainers really went out of their way to tailor the program to exactly what I wanted. I even feel like I have made lifelong friends from this trip as an added bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm already looking to plan a trip back next year. Oh, and I lost over 10lbs and 3-4% body fat! Thank you Jack Smith and team, thank you Book Martial Arts, and thank you Cuba!
