"In my first week here I knew it; I had found what I was searching for. Here is a gift, is a place so at peace you cannot help but fall in love with the energy that buzzes around the house, through the front door and out into the wilderness that surrounds it. Every week brings new excitement, challenges and characters. When I first arrived someone said, people make a place and I feel truly blessed for the beautiful and diverse groups of people that I have met on this journey and been given the pleasure of living with and learning from. Every day is a delight and every task is a joy, from cooking with some funky music and demolishing basements, to cleansing bonfires and dancing under the stars! This place radiates warmth and beauty, whether it is watching the sun rising over the valley, the moon lighting the uninterrupted night sky or observing it all, wandering through the forest on walks that seem to transport you to another world and back again. In this mountain lifestyle, it feels like time passes by effortlessly as we take time for daily tasks to truly live, to breathe and to experience the power and connectivity of nature.Undoubtedly, this would not be possible without George, who opens his home and his heart to all, without question or judgment. Offers support, knowledge, music and a good laugh wherever is needed. He is an incredible guy, with vision, drive and an inspiring passion, which fills me with admiration, and respect. It has been a pleasure to work, cook, dance and play with him in his home. Even after my 3 week stay turned into 7 it still feels like its not enough. It is as though I have become a part of it and it a part of me. I can only hope to maintain this momentum and excitement until the next season where we can start the adventure all over again!"

"I would have never imagined a place like this. There, my cells became alive. Full of serenity and craziness, the love that George and all the surroundings radiated took my heart. The nature itself is like a performance every second. The forest was powerful and soft. I realized that these were the most magical trees I had ever observed and touched. The stars above us made a poem every night. The warmth of the fire mixed with the beautiful music we played elevated my heart. The food was more than tasty! The company couldn't have been better; they all where little shinny souls!"

"What a magical time I had staying with George for the month. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, patent and knowledgeable. From the moment we were picked up from the station to the moment we left a month later, we felt completely at ease, welcomed and safe. The house is in the most unbelievable setting and George made me feel immediately welcomed into his home and part of the ever changing family. I would highly recommend George as a host for anyone wanting a relaxed, loving and deeply rural setting for their travels. You could not be in more kind and helpful company."
