How the training works

Clients are required to check in with Brien daily on Voxer and you will have a biweekly Zoom call. The initial meeting is 30 - 45 minutes and meetings thereafter are 20 - 30 minutes.

The participant can arrange the timing of the calls after booking. All times are PDT (GMT-7) during summer and PST (GMT-8) for session/s after November 1, 2020).

The transformation process: The three pillars

Pillar one: Customized nutrition

  • Nutrition plan

The foundation of the program is individualized nutrition programming. Are you overwhelmed and frustrated by the various diets that are supposed to be good for you? Just like cars, we all have a specific fuel source we run best on. Why do you continue to follow diets that don't take your unique metabolic needs in mind? Keto, Paleo, Whole 30, Zone Diet, Weight Watchers, etc. are generally all good short term strategies, but you need more than a quick fix, right?

Brien Shamp's team will work with you as long as it takes and makes you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable but enjoyable. They adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out. The plans are easy to follow, specific to your needs, and adapt as you progress through the program.

  • Grocery list and recipes

You will be given a specific grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. An average person spends around 55 USD per week on groceries for 21 meals at Costco or Trader Joe's. The process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15 minutes. If you eat out, you will also receive recommendations for the best options to order.

  • Supplementation

Many are consuming supplements that are not helping to solve anything. They may also be causing you harm. They will show you how to 10X your results by incorporating a supplement strategy to maximize your recovery and ignite your body's ability to burn fat. As needed, functional lab testing can also be done to get even more specific for your supplement and dietary needs.

Pillar two: Guided fitness training

  • Movement

Being regularly active for at least 30 minutes per day will ensure a greater experience physically and mentally. Most importantly, stand more than you sit and move more than you stand! You don't need to join a gym or do high-intensity workouts. However, if you live in the Bay Area and it is convenient for you, Brien Shamp's Coaching, Nutrition & Fitness does have awesome workouts!

They also have an amazing new online fitness program with up to 28 live sessions each day. They will provide exercise programming and structure for your needs to do anywhere in the world! For many that want to lose weight and body fat, walking and doing a handful of basic bodyweight, functional movements will do the trick. All workouts can be completed at any level and at your pace.

Pillar three: Accountability coaching

  • Direct line of contact

This is the most important of the 3 pillars! To keep you fully committed to your goals, you'll be assigned your own personal accountability coach. You will be able to contact your coach whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement.

We all need coaches so we continue to stay focused on what we really want and to avoid the many distractions.
