Bondelam Beach Club is a complete and fully accommodating resort. They provide several different lodging formats that can accommodate 1, 2, 3, or 4 persons. The resort has two styles of accommodation, the bungalow and the Bali-Sandit guesthouse. Bondalem Beach Club has a limited number of available bungalows; this is what enables them to create a unique and intimate atmosphere for their guests.

Bungalow

Bondelam Beach club has 4 bungalows available. Each bungalow has two levels and are similar in design. All bungalows are beachfront and have a balcony on the second floor that overlooks the magnificent ocean. Each bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is a king sized bed on the second floor of every bungalow and there are two sofa beds on the first floor that provide an additional two king sized beds. A baby crib/cot can be provided for free if needed.

Bali-Sandat guesthouse

The Bali-Sandat guesthouse is located close to Bondalem Beach Club. During the training days the residents of this guesthouse can use all of the facilities of Bondalem Beach Club. The Bali-Sandat guesthouse has rooms with king-size beds as well as rooms with twin beds. It also has separate shower rooms and fans. The proposed occupancy for this room is 1 or 2 people.

The Bondalem Beach Club Training Camp will be the first of its kind to be found in this beautiful and relaxing part of Bali. Bondalem Beach Club offers a one-of-kind martial arts and fitness training camp, where you will rapidly learn many different fighting techniques and skills from different styles of martial arts all while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the resort. This training camp is suitable for men, women, children, travelers, adventurers, martial artists, practitioners, professionals, absolute beginners, experienced fighters, or anyone who has a passion for learning and living the lifestyle of a martial artist. The training camps program focuses on teaching you the techniques of several types of martial arts with simple and effective training in a natural outdoor training camp. After several days of intensive training you will feel different, move differently and think differently. You will even see yourself getting smarter, faster and stronger then ever before. Everyday, you will enjoy two training sessions.

Every training program begins with a light warm up and stretch to ensure your body is ready for training, after which you would be instructed to perform selected exercises to thoroughly understand the movements, technique and practical effectiveness of the exercises to reach your goals.

You also have the option to extend your training beyond the ten days as well. Your training extension is possible with the calculation given for the accommodation and program tuition.

Martial arts

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art with a heavy emphasis on kicks. Taekwondo was developed during the 1940s and 1950s by various Korean martial artists. It is a blend of the indigenous Korean fighting styles of taekkyeon, gwonbeop, and subak, with influence from foreign martial arts as well. Taekwondo is characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. In fact, World Taekwondo Federation sparring competitions award additional points for strikes that incorporate jumping and spinning kicks.

To facilitate fast, turning kicks, taekwondo generally adopts stances that are narrower and hence less stable than the broader, wide stances used by martial arts such as karate. The tradeoff of decreased stability is believed to be worth the proportionate increase in agility, particularly in Kukkiwon-style taekwondo. The emphasis on speed and agility is a defining characteristic of taekwondo.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, and western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

Kickboxing is a broad term that can be used both in a wide and narrow sense and this can make understanding what exactly is it somewhat difficult. Kickboxing is a popular sport that is enjoyed around the world.

North America, Europe and Asia all enjoy the sport and because of this it has evolved and gone through several different cultural and historical changes respective of those places. That being said, many different individual rule sets have been created throughout its history.

These individual rule sets include: Full contact, Semi-contact, International, Muay Thai, Oriental, Sanshou, and Shoot-Boxing. The rule sets however do not change the fighting techniques used; they are universal. They include: punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes, as well as defensive maneuvers.

Course preparation

The Bondalem Beach Club Training Camp accommodates to your needs regardless of skill or fitness level. You set your own pace and within several days of training they will transform your body and your mind; they help build you from the ground up. You get step-by-step instruction from your coaches to help you reach your goals. All you need is to get here; they will take care of the rest.

The Bondelam Beach Club Training Program does provide breakfast for its participants. Guests are responsible for providing their own lunch and dinner.
