The affiliated gym, Sinlapa Muay Thai, hosts some of the best trainers in Phuket and they also work a lot on conditioning in a state-of-the-art CrossFit facility, with world class trainers. We also have access to various Yoga studios. Phuket Body Hackers will design a custom program for you, including Muay Thai group and private training and CrossFit/conditioning and Yoga sessions. ALL the details of the program 'training schedule, meal plan, etc will be discussed before your arrival with our expert team, to make sure we prepare the perfect retreat for you. Muay Thai / Boxfit

Thai boxing is the national sport in Thailand and Phuket is the perfect place to practice Muay Thai with some world-class trainers. Don’t be afraid, you will not have to fight! Plus, it’s a lot of fun!


Body Hackers Phuket designs programs of different exercises from a range of sports. It’s never boring and can be adapted to anyone. You will discover muscles that you didn’t even know existed.


Yoga can help you to stay healthy and protect you body from injuries. You can choose to focus your retreat on Yoga, or just choose to put some Yoga sessions on you trianing schedule.


Results depend on your fitness level at your arrival and how long you plan to stay with Body Hackers Phuket. Within one week, you will feel relaxed and ready to get back to work with energy on your return. After one month, you can achieve visible results. With a three-month trip, you can plan a total body and lifestyle transformation.

Fitness level

Body Hacker Phuket's programs are tailor-made for each individual, you are more than welcome even if you’ve never trained. They will design a program based on your abilities and your goals, so don’t worry about your level before your stay. They have access to world class trainers, state-of-the-art gyms and all the equipment that you need, you can definitely benefit from the program even if you're already fit. They can even design a specific program for your sport, if you’re a pro!

Training sessions

There will be up to four training sessions per day, depending on your desire and your goals. They can even set up more training sessions but they do not recommend over-training. The programs are tailor-made, so you can choose to focus on a single training method. You will have the opportunity to change your mind along the way.

Even if you’re with them to train, you should still relax and feel like you’re on vacation!

Rawai is a little paradise in the deep south of Phuket. Rawai is probably the most beautiful and natural area of Phuket, with the best beaches of Phuket and a laid back atmosphere, but also with world class facilities to train Muay Thai, CrossFit, and Conditioning.

Custom tailored nutrition program

Body Hackers Phuket will design the perfect nutrition program for you and they can follow any special diet (Vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, etc). These meals are included in the package :

  • Weekly cheat meal

Healthy Cooking

For your three to four daily main meals, the team will design a nutrition program according to your individual taste. All diets are catered for, including vegan or no-carbs diets. You can sit back and let the expert design a balanced nutritional program specifically for you!


Superfoods are gifts from Mother Nature and they make an extensive use of them: chia seeds, flax seeds, spirulina, wheat grass, turmeric, ginger, and more! These superfoods help to ensure that your body has all of the goodness it needs and help prevent diseases.

Juices and soups

Even if you’re not vegan, you need a lot of vegetables to stay healthy and maintain a balanced diet. Vegetables and fruit juices and soups are the easiest and often the tastiest way to make sure you eat your greens!

Training Shakes

Shakes are part of the routine of fit people! Before training, they help you to provide you with enough energy to give 100% of yourself and after the training, they help you to recover.


The nutritional program covers everything you need but if you want to add some “boost” (herbal fat burners, pre-workout energy drinks, joint health pills, etc.), they will advise you on the most effective supplements and ensure that they will be ready for you on your arrival!

Weekly Cheat Meal

The cheat meal tradition is not only a way to relax and enjoy a “not-so-healthy” meal but it can also actually help you get fitter. Numerous studies have confirmed that one high-calorie meal per week can contribute to weight loss; as part of a clean and healthy diet of course!

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT). Transfer from and to the airport is included. The organizer will pick you up from the airport. You will be at the mansion after a short 40-minute drive.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 33% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
