Program

Whether you are coming to the boot camp to join for a day or a week, you will work hard and have lots of fun at the same time. There are lots of varied fitness sessions and workshops. You will leave with lots of new knowledge and the motivation to maintain your fabulous and healthy lifestyle.

Upon your arrival, you will get settled into your room. You will be given a tour of the facilities and will be introduced to the team and your fellow Re-Booter's.

There will be a welcome session followed by a 1-2-1 session with your personal trainer and the option of weigh-in and measurement so Body and Mind Reboot can calculate your maintenance and weight loss macros. You will then get straight into the program with your first training session.

At the end of the day, you will enjoy a delicious and nutritious dinner. In the evenings, you will have time to chill out in your room, go for a walk or relax in the hot tub.

Your boot camp is held at Outfields Farm, a stunning rural location in the Bedfordshire countryside and winner of Channel 4’s TV program “Four in a Bed” or another similar location,

Bedford is located 40 minutes from London by train to Bedford station and just 30 minutes drive from Milton Keynes.

Food

You will be provided with three main meals and two snacks per day. Portion sizes, calories, and macros are planned with your activity levels in mind so that you have enough energy to get through each of the sessions.

The nutrition workshops give you advise, tips, and ideas on how to work a healthy diet into your lifestyle. You also get to take away all of the recipes so you can keep up the good work when you get home. Body and Mind Reboot caters for all dietary requirements. Just let them know what you need when you make your booking.
