There are lots of varied fitness sessions and workshops. You will leave with lots of new knowledge and the motivation to maintain your fabulous and healthy lifestyle.

Upon your arrival, you will get settled into your room, given a tour of the facilities, and be introduced to the team.

There will be a welcome session followed by a 1-2-1 session with your personal trainer and the option of weigh-in and measurement so Body and Mind Reboot can calculate your maintenance and weight loss macros. You will then get straight into the program with your first training session.

At the end of the day, you will enjoy a delicious and nutritious dinner. In the evenings, you will have time to chill out in your room, go for a walk, or simply relax.

You will be provided with three main meals and two snacks per day. Portion sizes, calories, and macros are planned with your activity levels in mind so that you have enough energy to get through each of the sessions.

The nutrition workshops give you advice, tips, and ideas on how to work a healthy diet into your lifestyle. You also get to take away all of the recipes so you can keep up the good work when you get home. Body and Mind Reboot caters for all dietary requirements. Just let them know what you need when you make your booking.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
